外気温７℃前後と寒くて冷たいがこのところの運動不足を解消するため元気を出してサイクリング、
岡山県総合グラウンドと旭川の三野井堰ではタイムラプス撮影、景色はどちらも冬景色。井堰付近の川面を鴨、鷺、鵜等の鳥が沢山泳いだり飛んでいた。残念ながらアクションカメラでは被写体が小さすぎで映像画面では確認できない。

Koraku-en is known as a daimyo (feudal lord) garden with a view of the castle. It has an area of 13 hectare, and has a lawn that is quite unusual for a Japanese garden. The scenic views from Yuishinzan Hill and Enyo-tei House along with the changing landscape throughout the seasons are popular.

Spot1:Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter
The Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter in Kurashiki city once prospered as the political and commercial center. Streets from the Edo period with a mixture of Japanese and western styles have been preserved to date.
We recommend activities such as sailing down the Kurashiki River, roaming around wearing a kimono, and visiting Ohara Museum of Art and appreciating the handicrafts. Kurashiki is also the birthplace of Japan's denim, which is why many visitors come here seeking high-quality denim.
Spot2:Okayama Castle
Okayama Castle is located next to Asahi River and is known for its jet-black color. It borders Okayama Korakuen and you can see the streets of Okayama from the top of the castle.
You can try Bizen-yaki pottery at the castle. You can also take pictures by trying on traditional costumes of Japanese feudal lord or princess.
Spot3:Okayama Korakuen
Okayama Korakuen is known as one of the three most famous Japanese gardens. The garden consists of tea plantation, Tsuruya birdhouse, where you can see Japanese cranes, beautiful ponds and a teahouse, as well as flowers and other plants that you can enjoy viewing throughout all seasons. Yuishinzan is a famous spot for taking photographs where you can view all the ponds. Variety of events are held throughout the year such as tea harvesting, rice plantation so you will be able to experience Japanese traditions whenever you visit.
Food:Fruit Parfait
Okayama is one of the leading fruit-producing prefectures in Japan. There are many shops that offer delicious parfaits made of local fruits.
Besides the delicious taste, a parfait served with fresh fruits looks great as an Instagram picture.

Kurashiki Denim Street has shops selling nationally popular denim made in the Kojima district of Kurashiki City which has been seen as the birthplace of Japanese denim. The denim, whether it’s used in things such as jeans, one-piece dresses, and small articles, is of high quality, and its products which are known all over the world are available in great supply. At the food court, there is the popular ice cream with a blue color associated with denim.

Okayama Prefecture General Grand ( or multipurpose grounds) is a general athletic park located in the kita ward of Okayama City
'Tsushima' ruins from the late Jomon period to middle and early modern times were discovered in this park and its surroundings, and was later designated as a national historic site in 1971.
Completed in 1957 as the venue for the 17th National Sports Festival ( in 1962 ), it has been widely used in all the prefecture-wide tournaments, - mainly athletics.
