Okinawa Zoo And Museum
Went to the zoo and saw some animals. I was pretty upset they were doing construction and couldn't see all the animals but at least I got in a helicopter.

Another one for the books! The animals here honestly seemed a little lifeless the day I visited. The ones that were lively were really aggressive or have gone crazy from being locked up. The garden here was very beautiful though! They even have little rides for the children. I highly recommend stretching and comfortable walking shoes lol. Thanks for watching!! A safari park in Fukushima, Japan recently welcomed a unique white lion cub to its pride. As a token of gratitude for past collaboration, the safari park shipped this white lion cub to the Okinawa Zoo. This new addition to the zoo will likely spark a rise in visitors for the foreseeable future.
Aside from the new white lion cub at the Okinawa zoo, there are many other wildlife exhibits to be observed. While we were here the chimpanzee exhibit was quite lively. There was a crazy chimp that was throwing a fit because he seemingly hadn't been fed for that day yet.
There is another zoo in Okinawa, the Neo Park at the northern part of the island. Of the two, the Okinawa Zoo and Wonder museum is better kept and well maintained.

This is a video I made of a Japan trip from Okinawa to Hokkaido! The video is made in the order the trip was done. I will leave here some details of the trip and the video!

私のお気に入りの場所は屋久島、高千穂、秋吉台、鞍馬山そして江ノ島です。
The trip started in Tokyo 27th of march 2017 for 71 days.
My dream always was to travel Japan, but as I grew older, the way I wanted to know Japan changed a lot. First I just wanted to go there and see anything, then I wanted to see some special things, and then I started to dream about a South to North trip, I wanted to see all the different places of Japan because I heard from everyone about Kyoto and Tokyo all the time, but when I started researching I understood that there was A LOT more to see than just cities. I am a chef/baker, so I really wanted to try as many things as I could. I do agriculture, I like to camp, I like to walk in the woods, so I visited a lot of places that were really far away from the main tourist attractions, as well as many touristy places because some of them are worth it. We traveled by, plane, ferry, cargo ship, taxi, bus, bike, foot and hitchhiking. We worked in farms for 22 days along the way and got to live with some very special people for some days.

The biggest adventure was getting to Yakushima. From Kagoshima station 1 hour and a half bus to the dock, 12 hours ferry in the night with a layover. Bus 1 hour into the forests from the docks of Yakushima, 7 hour walk up the mountain to see Jomon Sugi, a 7000 year old tree. 6 hours walk down the mountain to take a bus back to town and sleep, a well deserved sleep. It was a dream come true to be in a cargo ship in the morning after sleeping and looking at the Island getting bigger as you close in. Nature and energy in every inch of the forests of this beautiful place.

Narita, Tokio, Naha and Nago (Okinawa), Tokashiki (Okinawa, Islas Kerama), Kagoshima, Yakushima, Kirishima, Yoshinomotocho, Miyakonojo, Miyazaki, Udo, Takachiho, Amanoiwato, Kumamoto, Yamaguchi, Akiyoshidai, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Nishiawakura, Tottori, Onomichi-Imabari (Shimanami Kaido), Himeji, Kyoto, Takao, Hikone, Kanazawa, Takayama, Shirakawago, Toyama, Kurobe, Nagano, Iida, Matsumoto, Nikko, Sendai, Yamadera, Onuma, Sapporo, Tokio, Kamakura, Enoshima, Yokohama, Kawaguchiko, Mitaka.
I am sorry that at the end of the video in the parts of Tohoku and Hokkaido there isn’t much material, by the time we got to Sendai we were late for the schedule we had planned and in Hokkaido we were out of season for most of the things to see and do there and everything was very very far away by train. I will do another trip for Hokkaido, Tohoku and Shikoku.

Second half was at the Itoman Peaceful Illumination Festival ‘Lights of Peace’. Which was my first time that far south of Okinawa.

Visiting the Okinawan Prefectural Building and Congress and the Okinawan Prefectural Museum.
Today we went down to the Okinawan Prefectural Government building where we got a nice tour of the building and also had a welcome speech by the President of the HUOA (Hawaii United Okinawa Association) and also the lieutenant governor of Okinawa. Then after lunch in the lobby on the first floor, they had a mini-concert and then we went on the bus to go to the Okinawa Prefectural Museum. Later that night I went out with my relatives for dinner.

Dinosaur Park in Okinawa, Japan
In today's vlog, The Lovelys start off their saturday morning eating breakfast on Kadena Air Base at the Banyan tree! Surprise, surprise! They have made plans to go to Nago, Japan to visit the Dinosaur Park. However, the crazy weather has them on the fence about their decision. After breakfast, they make the decision to head towards Nago, Japan despite the crazy weather. The Lovelys love exploring and finding things to do in Okinawa, Japan. On the trip there, it keeps raining on and off again. The weather won't stop the Lovelys from enjoying some good family fun at an awesome theme park! The Lovelys finally arrive at the Dinosaur Park in Nago, Japan and it looks just like Jurassic Park! At first, the kids are afraid but we show them that these dinosaurs are for kids and not scary at all. Inside the dinosaur park, there are tyrannosaurus (t-rex), brachiosaurus (long necks), and even triceratops! Lacey and Cory feel like kids all over again because Dinosaur Park is very reminiscent of Jurassic Park, which they loved growing up.Theme parks are always so much fun! After Dinosaur Park, we head home and decide to go to Arashis for dinner . After dinner, we go to the seawall to a place called The Shack for some killer milkshakes. We watch the kids struggle to eat the giant milkshake. All in all it was a great family day! We hope you enjoy todays vlog!
