Japan Vlog: Yakushima Heaven's Pillar & Yakusugi Land

Hey everyone! On our final day in Yakushima we visit Yakusugi Land and climb up a mountain for 2.7 miles up mount Tachu to Heaven's Pillar! The view was unbelievable, and the climb was amazing fun. Thanks so much for watching!

2016 Sept 屋久島 Yakushima 颱風16 號後

一日來回 One day return trip:

荒川登山口 Arakawa the start point ，大株步道入口 Ohkabu Mountain Entrance ，繩文杉 Jyomon-sugi Cedar ，平石 Hiraishi ，宮之浦岳 Mt. Miyanoura-dake

首登第100號日本百名岳。在雨中，欣賞遍山翠綠，呼吸着清新空氣。
Explore the 100th top Japan mountain. Feeling amazing in the verdure or even in the rain.

Also visited Inakahama beach 海龜產卵地， Ohko-no-taki 大川之滝

称名滝　富山県立山町　　The Shomyo Falls

2014年5月撮影。まだ雪の残る谷に莫大な量の雪解け水が幾筋にも流れ落ちています。この水量はこの時期ならではだとか。立山黒部アルペンルートからは、枝道となるため観光客は少なめですが、国内有数のスケールと落差を誇る滝で、必見の価値があります。なお、スマホでの撮影です。

伊豆諸島の八丈島（東京都 八丈町）は、東京から南へ300kmの場所にあり、温暖な気候です。降水量が多いので多様な亜熱帯のシダ植物が自生し、ヘゴの自生北限地として知られています。
滝の裏側から見る事ができる「裏見ヶ滝」周辺には多くのヘゴが自生しています。
「ポットホール」と呼ばれる岩盤を流れる水路にできる穴（くぼみ）は、八丈町の天然記念物です。

Hachijojima (Hachijo-cho, Tokyo) of the Izu Islands is located 300 km south of Tokyo and has a temperate climate. Due to the high rainfall, diverse subtropical ferns grow naturally and are known as large spiny tree fern native northern limit.
Many large spiny tree ferns are growing nicely around Urami-ga-taki where you can see from behind the waterfall.
A hole (dent) that can be made in a waterway flowing through a bedrock called pot hole is a natural treasure in Hachijo-machi.
