Riddlehamhope hall by drone. Northumberland. Abandoned places UK.
Phantom 4 pro flight to Riddlehamhope hall. Tried a couple of times to make a long range flight here and failed so this time I walked to it :) Described as a Bastle (fortified farmhouse) to defend against Scottish raiders. Probably built around 1540 to early 1600 and later probably used as a Victorian hunting lodge. Great shame to see this beautiful old building fall into ruin and prey to vandals and thieves. Also in the video the drone flies along part of the Beldon burn to Beldon Shield lead mine and a nearby small waterfall. Even though I've shown the hall close up I'm still going to try and fly the long range from the Durham area - about 3 miles ............. one day :)

Timelapse: Rebranding our Class 185 Trains
Watch one of our Class 185 trains get a makeover, as our team of engineers add new metallic silver vinyl featuring the North Star. This design and rebrand work is all part of our pledge to ‘Take the North Further’.
The new vinyl is being applied to 51 trains in total with the work taking place in the North of England at the Siemens Train Care Facility in Ardwick, Manchester.
More than 17 miles of film will be used to cover the entire train fleet with around 180sqm being applied to each individual train, roughly the same size as a four-bed detached house.

TATA Tug @ Tyne Yard. Due to being declared a failure at Tyne Yard, and being unable to haul the 6N05 Tyne Yard - Jarrow tanks because of a flat battery, 60099 in the new silver TATA steel livery is seen stabled underneath Smithy Lane road bridge to the north of Tyne Yard at 11:15. 66070 took the train forward to Jarrow and then worked the 6D43 Jarrow - Lindsey back later in the day. This was all filmed on the 27th December 2010. Enjoy!
