Sakura Sakura is a Japanese folk song, spread all over the Western world -- in movies, pop-songs, and operas. This is a piano version, composed by Kozaburo Hirai.

I better add that Angelina far from considers herself as being a pro piano player. She is a 13 year old student in Middle School, and she plays in her spare time. Neither does she thinks she played it as well as she did 2 months ago, when the piece still was hot in the oven :-)

Extremely minor interactions, but I don't think that's any reason to let it go :') Honestly, I'm sure that I'm not the only person who went back to rewatch this 1-hour broadcast right after the marriage announcement. I somehow managed to pick out at least one anime episode's length (approx 20 mins) of minor but cute interactions from the broadcast. But it's a little long so I've decided to put them out in parts like this.

Graffito Works at Shofuso Japanese House and Garden

Steven Weisz, founder of PhiladelphiaDANCE.org, has brought numerous dance programs to the greater Philadelphia region.

His latest brainchild, Graffito Works (translated as “little scribbles” of movement), presented at Shofuso Japanese House and Garden.

Graffito Works is a unique platform for dancers and performing artists to create site-specific work and to make it readily accessible to the public. Work is created in non-traditional spaces, challenging artists to push the boundaries of their craft, while making their work relevant and accessible to a wider audience.

The performance featured improvisational dance with movement spontaneously created and inspired by the surrounding environment.
