We the GenesisBrothers visited a lovely place called Old Sarum Castle at Wiltshire near Stonehenge.
The day was very lovely and we really enjoyed walking on high ground n with shadows.
My brother and me played football and had some nice ice creams.

Wiltshire Country Walk Old Sarum River Avon Salisbury Cathedral round
Our video is a guided walk in Wiltshire from the ruined hill fort of Old Sarum just above Salisbury. We head northwards to Salterton Farm and Lower Woodford then southwards following the River Avon on our left to Salisbury Cathedral. We return to Old Sarum on the other side of the River Avon. This is an easy walk on footpaths, tracks, bridleways and one stretch of minor road. There are some stiles and gates. Elevation: Approx lowest point 45.4m (149ft) approx highest point 111m (364ft). Approx 10.25 miles allow 3¾ hours (shorter walk 5.75 miles allow 2 hours) using OS Explorer Map 130 Salisbury & Stonehenge. Start Point: Old Sarum free car park. For more info please see our website.

Salisbury, England is a popular day trip from London. The town is only eight miles from Stonehenge and has one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the United Kingdom. Ancient Exploration: Old Sarum
Old Sarum was the original site of the cathedral city of Sailsbury, that began life in around 400 BC as a vast Celtic Iron-Age fort.
Following the Norman Conquest, William the Conqueror created an inner motte and castle, transforming it into a nigh-impregnable fortress, with its own city and cathedral.
However, Old Sarum was not a good site for a city, and after the clergy demanded the cathedral moved to the site of New Sarum (modern Sailsbury) the site was eventually abandoned to become a rotten borough, until 1832, when the Reform Act was passed.

UK Flight July 1998 over Salisbury area
Four passenger flight from the Flying Club of Old Sarum - Salisbury, England in July 1998. Views of Old Sarum, Salisbury Cathedral and several typical English towns and some earthworks. The flight turn around in Dorset at the Cerne Abbas and then back to Salisbury.
Per Wikipedia: The Cerne Abbas Giant, also referred to as the Rude Man or the Rude Giant, is a hill figure of a giant naked man on a hillside near the village of Cerne Abbas, to the north of Dorchester, in Dorset, England. The 180 ft (55 m) high, 167 ft (51 m) wide[1] figure is carved into the side of a steep hill, and is best viewed from the opposite side of the valley or from the air. The carving is formed by a trench 12 in (30 cm) wide,[1] and about the same depth, which has been cut through grass and earth into the underlying chalk. In his right hand the giant holds a knobbled club 120 ft (37 m) in length. A 1996 study found that some features of the image have changed over time; notably, the study concluded that the figure originally held a cloak in its left arm and stood over a disembodied head
