87 Wellington St. Thomas, Ontario
This is a charming character home in the Court House district of St Thomas. The property oozes charm from the moment you step inside the front door and all the way up to the finished attic space. So much room to enjoy, cozy fireplace in the living room, warm colour tones throughout, modern lighting with old character details like stain glass windows. Most windows updated except those that had the charm had to stay. Master bedroom is over sized, has a walk in closet and lots of space to sleep and lounge, lovely hardwood doors to each bedroom, updated bathroom, bamboo flooring on 2nd floor, electrical upgrades, 2/3 of roof was replaced to match the existing in 2016, gutter, facia and sofits redone in 2016. The location is private for a home on a main Street, the Backyard is so private with trees and the Church right next door creates even more privacy.

big news story in st. thomas
to live in st thomas is to be a victim of the people in power. i can see why they would give me a hard time because i have goof neighbors who don't mind sitting in the middle of a cloud of piss and sh*t stink cuz they cant be bothered to pick up their dog waist but dont want to look at a tractor but this is so ridiculous that i just couldn't help myself i had to go see the big epidemic first hand and i must say i was floored. feel free to let st thomas city by-law and zoning officers know how you feel about picking and choosing how, what and who these laws apply to

Complete film of the Candlemas ceremonies, Procession, and Solemn Mass according to the Use of Sarum, at St Thomas's Anglican Church, Toronto, in 2010. The Revd Canon Peter Harris, then Rector of St Peter's Cathedral, Charlottetown, was the celebrant. Previously posted in parts; as YouTube no longer limits the length of my uploads, I am now able to share the video as a single file.
