2012-- animals of Mole Park, Ghana
Mole Park is about 4,840 square kilometers (that'd be an area equivalent to a square about 70 kilometers on a side—NOT 70 square kilometers as I said in the voiceover) of savannah in Ghana's Northern Region reserved for wildlife conservation. It contains about 90 species of mammals and about 300 bird species. It is easily accessible by bus or van from Tamale. There are tent camping sites and a modest hotel and restaurant. You must hire a guide, for a quite reasonable fee (I think it was about $15 for a couple of hours) to leave the visitor's centre. (Altogether, if I recall correctly, it was about $50 for a two hour car safari, which included the car and driver and the guide, for three of us). The Ghanain staff is very friendly and helpful but do not respond well to pushy I'm-on-holiday-so-treat-me-like-I'm-royalty attitudes—please treat the staff as if you are a guest in their home (because you are).

Trying Ghanaian Food first time ????????|Africa malayalam Food Vlog
FOOD REVIEW IN MALAYALAM
TRYING GHANAIAN FOOD FOR THE FIRST TIME IN GHANA AND THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY
1.Kelewele or Aloco(Spicy Fried Plantains) – African spicy fried ripe plantains that is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside
RECIPE
3 Ripe Plantains
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
Olive Oil for deep frying
Peel the plantains and cut them into bite-sized cubes or chunks.
Add the ginger, garlic, chili powder, nutmeg, salt, and the one Tbsp of Olive Oil.
Mix everything together until the spices are well distributed all over the plantain cubes.
Heat up the Olive Oil in a fry-Pan. Once the Oil is hot, gently lower the plantains inside the Oil using a slotted spoon
Fry for about 6 to 10 minutes, turning over at intervals until the plantain is caramelized with golden brown edges.
2.FuFu
The traditional method is to boil starchy food crops like cassava, yams or plantains and cocoyams and then pound them into a dough-like consistency. Fufu is eaten with the fingers, and a small ball of it can be dipped into an accompanying soup or sauce.
3.Egusi Soup
4.jollof rice
