The Place Earlier called Ruthra Bhoomi As Shiva Was Straightly looking at the Mayanam,
But For the time being there is no Mayanam in the temple surroundings, It has become an residential area
8 things to Visit Inside Jambulingeshwarar Temple

2) Akilandeshwari Thayar - As Parvathy
3) Vinayagar Shrine
4) Lord Ayyapan Shrine
4) Lord Muragan Shrine (with Valli Deivanai)
5) Lord Bhairavar Shrine
6) Lord Suriyan
7) Navagrahas
After Entering Temple
Do worship in the main temple first, then on right side do worship in Akilandeshwari Shrine. Straight to the main deity you can see the temple pond.
How to Reach Jambulingeshwarar Temple
From tambaram the temple is 6KM away, There are many buses available from tambaram to sembakkam, Once you get down in sembakkam you can take an auto to drop you at Jambulingeshwarar temple. They will drop you.
