Omi-Maiko Beach - Shiga, Japan 2.2 - 6.18.16
This is my second video from my second trip to Shiga, Japan.
On June 18, my friend Cevetta and I went to Omi-maiko beach on the west side of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture.
We weren't quite sure that the beach was open to the public at this time of year, but we tried anyways! Omi-maiko beach is just a short walk from Omi-maiko station. See the end of the video for directions! It was very beautiful and definitely worth the trip on a nice day.

I went to Lake Biwa for the second time last weekend, and this time we went to a beach! Omimaiko is the most popular beach on the shore of Lake Biwa. It's absolutely beautiful and an amazing spot to visit in late spring or summer!
