How I see Japan cycling vlog #01
Nagasaki is a mountainous area in Japan with bike friendly, fun and enjoyable routes. This is part 1 of my cycling adventure in Nagasaki Japan around Omura Bay. We started at Nagasaki City and ride through the towns of Nagayo, Omura, (Part 2) Sasebo, Saikai, Kinkai and Togitsu with a total distance of 145km.

Flying from Nagasaki (NGS) to Haneda, Tokyo (HND) - Japan | May 2019
Flight was ANA 664 from Nagasaki (NGS) to Haneda (HND), Tokyo, Japan. Aircraft was a Boeing 777-200. The engines were Pratt & Whitney in case you haven't noticed :) . Got a window seat, but got an engine view along with it! Still, I don't think it ruins anything too much. May 2019.

MORIZONO COLOR 2019 IN NAGASAKI JAPAN
It was an fotogenic event called Morizono Color held at Morizono Park, Omura, Nagasaki, Japan Dec 8th 2019.
Nagasaki is located very western of Japan, surrounding by sea and bay.
Morizono park is just 1km away from Nagasaki Airport, it's a great sunset spot as well as there is a unique glass beach.
Unzen City, Nagasaki JAPAN : First Sakura of the Year
I had been to Japan many times before, but only in summer-- so this was my first time seeing actual sakura (cherry) trees in Japan. It was a wonderful moment... Kitagushi Junior High was shut down that year due to lack of students, so this place is no longer in use, but at least the elementary and neighborhood kids/residents can still enjoy them.
The beauty of nature in our village in Unzen City, my family's hometown as of 2013 while I am with the JET Programme - (Shimabara Peninsula, Tachibana Bay, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan)

Freely downloadable at the Internet Archive, where I first uploaded it. There's no description at the National Archives but this looks to be filmed at the same time as First Army Nurses Land In Japan (which has sound).
MacArthur's notes Volume 1 says The first US ship to enter Yokohama was the USAHS Marigold, carrying the 42nd General Hospital. (Med Hist of 42d Gen Hosp, Ann Rpt of Activ for 1945, gives this date as 30 August 1945; however, Occupational Monogr of the Eighth US Army in Japan, Vol. I, Aug 45-Jan 46, gives the date as 31 August.) so I'm using the 31 Aug date. Clapperboard says 1 Sept.
The 42nd General Hospital was affiliated with the University of Maryland Schools of Medicine and Nursing....
