Oporów Castle - a brick castle built in the Gothic architectural style in between 1434-1449 in the village of Oporów (15 km north-east of Kutno, Łódź Voivodeship; in Poland. The castle was raised by the Deputy Chancellor of Poland , and highly regarded religious leader Władysław Oporowski.Formerly the castle was an important centre for the House of Oporowski of the Sulima Coat of Arms.

Zamek Czocha – obronny zamek graniczny położony w miejscowości Sucha (Czocha), gmina Leśna, nad Zalewem Leśniańskim na Kwisie w polskiej części Łużyc Górnych.

Czocha Castle (German: Tzschocha, Latin: Caychow) is a defensive castle in the Czocha village (Gmina Lesna), in Lubań County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship (southwestern Poland). The castle is located on the Lake Leśnia, near the Kwisa river, in what is now the Polish part of Upper Lusatia. Czocha castle was built on gneiss rock, and its oldest part is the keep, to which housing structures were later added.
The castle was designed as a fortress in the 13th century. After centuries of political turbulence, followed by a fire which destroyed the castle in the 18th century, the construction was restored to its former glory, owing to ample funding. Thus, it became one of the most interesting landmarks of Lower Silesia. Unfortunately, aft er the Second World War, almost all the furnishings fell victims to looters. Nowadays, the impressive monumental stronghold is home to an elegant hotel and its historic interiors can be visited like any other museum. Knights' tournaments, dance shows, comedy acts and concerts organised here add to the appeal, along with a stylish café and a restaurant specialising in Polish cuisine. The castle grounds have also been used as the set for many feature fi lms and ocumentaries. The castle's wine cellar hosts mead-tasting events, promoting this drink so strongly connected to the culture of old Poland and appreciated by gourmets.
