AKUNE BONTAN - Fruits King of Huge Orange - (7 February 2015)
I found huge oranges at the festivals of the Terukuni shrine.
(Bontan - big oranges -)
Akune City is famous for the production of Bontan.
It is as big as the head of child.
The orange has a thick skins.
I like to put the skin into the bath and enjoy good smell while taking the bath.
(Bontan Products)
I love to eat Bontan candy.
The candy has a long tradition in Japan.
Many Japanese people have loved this candy because the candy is very cheap and delicious.
(Akune City)
The Akune City is located at the northwest of Kagoshima City.
The population is about 20,000.
I love driving at the west coast of Akune City. The sunset is very beautiful!
I also like to drive at Kuronoseto Bridge, which connects the Nagashima and the Kyushu Island.

All You Can Eat A5 WAGYU BEEF in Tokyo Japan!
The first time I went to Japan, I got to experience the A5 Kobe steak, and that flavor still sings with me. I knew that it probably wouldn't be possible to find a Kobe all you can eat restaurant in Tokyo, because, with me, they would be out of business in a day. However, I did find an A5 All you can eat Wagyu beef restaurant, can't beat that(:

One Hundred Thirty Seventh Episode: Gatahigatayoka Park
After our short stop at the Saga Airport Park we managed to reach our actual goal, Gatahigatayoka Park. IT'S FANTASTIC!! If you're in the area and have kids, you HAVE to take them!
There are a bunch of different sites with information on the park. I was going to put a link, but instead I think you should just cut and paste がたひがたよか公園 into Google! :)

Home Cooked Orange Chicken with Satsumas
Our version of Orange Chicken
In this Home Cooking episode we create our version of Chinese/American Orange Chicken. And we use our own home grown backyard Satsuma's in place of oranges. At this time of year they are exceptionally sweet.
I most American Chinese restaurants they use the darker chicken meat that also tends to be more fatty, but here we use white meat chicken breast, which creates a wonderful tender and lean flavor under the sweet and crunchy orange glaze covering each piece.
(We forgot to mention in the vlog that we also added Crushed fresh Garlic to our Orange Chicken glaze. So if you try this one don't forget the Garlic. It's a subtle addition but very effective.)
We also include our favorite Jasmin Rice with sprinkled parsley as our complimentary side.
As in the past few episodes we shot the entire episode on two Samsung S9+ Edge cellphones using 4K as well as our DJI Drone and Camera Gimbal.
Edited on Adobe Premiere Pro 2019

Ninety-Ninth Episode: Fukuoka Board Gaming
I found out about a Board Game group in Fukuoka city, and I HAD to attend their games day! I've only managed to go to one so far, but I'm really hopeful I'll be able to go almost every month. I played Munchkin, Hanabi, Tsuro, Star Flux, Cards Against Humanity, and Ticket to Ride Asian expansion. It was my first time to play every game, except Tsuro. And I lost them all!
If you are in the area and want to join, check out the group's Facebook page!

Flowing Japanese Bamboo Noodles (Nagashi Somen)|Day 95 - Miyazaki
The spectacular steep walls of the Takachiho Gorge were formed by columnar jointing, due to the rapid cooling of an ancient lava flow that filled the narrow valley of the Gokase River after an eruption of the Mt. Aso volcano.
The Takachiho Gorge was designated a National Scenic and Natural Monument in November 10, 1934.
