Chef Dennis Leslie, Executive Chef of Hilton Manila, prepared some sumptuous food during the Taste Australia exclusive event held at the Hilton Manila last July 24.
This event aims to strengthen the trade relations and develop new and exciting partnerships between Philippines and Australia.
Interestingly, the Australian oranges dubbed as one of the best oranges in the world, and are currently in its harvest season from now until October. And the Taste Australia encourages consumers are encouraged to explore and indulge in this colorful, sweet, juicy and nutritious fruit.
The various dishes prepared by Chef Leslie used the fresh orange juice that adds flavorful twist that delighted adventurous palates of the guests.
The Taste Australia Citrus was graced by no less than, Australian Embassy Economic Counselor Nardia Simpson, who was also amazed how Chef Leslie impromptu prepared dishes using various ingredients and the fresh oranges provided by Citrus Australia, whose Market Access Manager David Daniels thanked the guests and media who attended the event.

The list of shops to open in Orange's new shopping centre are beginning to emerge. The list comes at the first 15 store lodge their Development Applications with Orange City Council.
Of the 15 stores, six will move from other locations in Orange, while nine will be new brands in town.

Orange F O O D Week Interview Compile HD
Founded in 1991 by a group of passionate local foodies and vignerons, F.O.O.D Week was created with an ethos of showcasing the region’s excellent fresh produce and award-winning cool climate wine, as well to provide a platform for its clever food producers, providores and innovative chefs, cooks and caterers.

New private hospital launched for Orange
Orange City Council has welcomed today's announcement of plans to build a new private hospital in Forest Road, opposite the current public hospital.
The developer behind the project believes it will provide 500 new jobs to staff the facilities.
