Exmouth is a port town, civil parish and seaside resort in East Devon, England, sited on the east bank of the mouth of the River Exe. Exmouth has a wide range of architecture, ranging from small cob cottages in parts of the town that were once villages and are now incorporated into it, such as Withycombe, to the Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian town houses. The seafront has a traditional promenade. High above the promenade is the Beacon terrace, which first became fashionable in Georgian times.
The majority of buildings in Exmouth were constructed during the Victorian era with the arrival of the railway. The area to the west of Exeter Road is land that was reclaimed by the railway, Exeter Road originally being part of the seafront. Some houses near to the station in Littleham were constructed for the workers on the railway.
The town of Exmouth is defined by the sea and river frontages (each about a mile long), and stretches around 2.5 miles (4 km) inland, along a north-easterly axis. The docks lie at the western corner of this rectangle, where the river passes through a narrow passage into the sea, the mouth of the estuary being nearly closed by Dawlish Warren on the opposite shore of the river. Dawlish Warren is a natural sand spit and is home to rare wildlife and plants, part of which is a nature reserve and restricted access. The sea frontage forms a sandy two mile long beach; at its eastern end, the town is limited by the cliffs of the High Land of Orcombe, a National Trust-owned open space which rises to a peak at Orcombe Point.
The 16-sided 18th century house called A La Ronde, now in the ownership of the National Trust, lies on the northern outskirts of the town. At the eastern end of Exmouth is the Barn, a late 19th century house in Arts and Crafts style. Exmouth Lifeboat Station is situated at the eastern end of the seafront near Maer Road. From here the Royal National Lifeboat Institution operates a Shannon Class All Weather Lifeboat (ALB) R and J Welburn (previously a Mersey-class All Weather Lifeboat (ALB) named Margaret Jean) and D-class (IB1) Inshore Lifeboat (ILB) named George Bearman. The National Coastwatch Institution also maintains a Watch House in Exmouth, where qualified volunteer watch keepers keep an eye out for sailors and walkers.
Exmouth railway station is the terminus of the Avocet Line to Exeter St David's station although the trains run through to Paignton and Barnstaple alternately through the day. A cycleway has been built alongside the railway as far as Topsham. The Exmouth to Starcross Ferry is a passenger ferry that operates during the summer months across the Exe estuary to Starcross, where the pumping station for Brunel's Atmospheric Railway can be seen.

Due to the propellers being way out of balance, I had to resort to just using still photos as the film footage was unuseable due to vibration and the dreaded jello effect.
I'm pleased with the outcome though as I managed to get some nice stills from the footage.

Beautiful Sunset in Devon
Sunset filmed by me while on holiday in Devon and North Cornwall. While driving along the country coastal roads near dusk on the Devon and Cornwall border (South West England) looking for a vantage point to photograph and film a British sunset we stumbled across this beautiful view point on a cliff top. So we're not sure on the exact location as it was not sign posted and we're not even sure whether it was in Devon or North Cornwall as we were straggling the boundary between these two counties frequently crossing the border as the country roads meandered up and down the West Country Coastline of England. Nevertheless the setting was beautiful as was the sunset; speeded up here so as not so bore people with natures answer to watching paint dry.
Triangle over Exmouth, England (April 17 2017)

Witness testimony:
Long Description of Sighting Report
On april 17th at 9.41pm I was waiting for my bus to come in after my break, (I'm a bus driver) and was taking to my bestman about my upcoming wedding on the phone. I would normally be in our rest room but since the clock in the restroom was fast (about 7mins fast) I had gone out early to wait while still chatting to my friend.
While i was talking i was just kind of walking about near the leisure center, where my bus stops, when I looked randomly over in the direction of the river which is when i saw the three lights in a triangle pattern rotating on its axis and wobbling slightly.
I knew instantly that this is not normal and as I have been interested in the subject of ufos since I was about 10 I told my mate i'd ring him back and started filming the lights with my phone. Due to the street lights my camera was having a hard time focusing on the formation, so i moved closer to the river to get a better view, (in some haste since I still had to drive a bus which was going to be there at any moment) I filmed a 2min40sec odd vid, then whatsapp-ed my friend to tell him and see if he could see it over vid-call. (which he couldnt as it wouldnt let me zoom in)
I then took about 7 photos in quick order and then another 41second vid to send my mate over whatsapp.
It's at this point I really had to go back to the bus stop to get my bus and as I walked over 4 ppl got out of a car in the car park and I pointed out the lights to them also (to which they showed a bit of interest but not much)
It was then my bus got there at 10.02pm and I showed the lights to my co-worker who tried to think of any reason they might be something other than a ufo, (drone, laser pointers etc) he went to cashin and finish and i had to drive as i was now 7 mins late lol
I drove to the turn around point and back in est 8 mins and the lights were gone by the time I got back down to town, (and could not see them on the way down as i had a good view over the area due to the road i was driving)
During the event I felt elation and joy, (the only way I can describe it was the feeling MDNA/ectasy gives you. it's been years since i had any but i'll never forget the feeling of pure joy. It felt exactly like that, massive endorfin rush) I was bouncing around like an excited child :P
In total I talked to about 10 people who saw what I did, with one old gentelman who got on my bus who thought he'd just drunk to much.
The morning after I looked more carefully at the photos i had taken, and in one there are shapes inside the lights with two out of the three most visible and identical to the other. (image 5, had to zoom in to the image and then take a photo of it because the only imaging software i have can only brighten which clouds the image)
