Traditional Chinese Music-Guangling San By ZhenHe in Shanghai Oriental Art Center

Guangling San, a music score which appeared in Jin dynasty(262 A.D.) then disappeared until someone in Ming dynasty(1368 A.D.) found it and recorded it in a book named Mysterious And Secret Spectrum. Definitely it has a history of more than 1500 years.
FYI, The related instrument is Chinese Guqin.
The player is ZhenHe, a famous traditional musician.

Future Shanghai - Art Center by Foster + Partners and Heatherwick Studio

Images have emerged of a new arts and culture centre by Foster + Partners and Heatherwick Studio, which forms part of a new financial quarter the two firms are building on Shanghai's waterfront.

The Fosun Foundation is the centrepiece of the Bund Finance Center, a new mixed-use complex designed by Norman Foster's architecture firm and Thomas Heatherwick's design studio for the end of famous Shanghai street The Bund.

The 190,000-square-metre development is still under construction, but these new images by photographer Laurian Ghinitoiu show that the new cultural centre is now complete.

Inspired by traditional Chinese theatres, the three-storey building features a curtain-like facade of bronze tubes. These tubes hang in three layers, creating semi-transparent screens in front of windows and balconies.

When the design was first announced, the architects described this facade as a moving veil, which adapts to the changing use of the building, and reveals the stage on the balcony and views towards Pudong.

The Shanghai Museum (上海 博物馆 ) is the cultural center of Shanghai. Originally founded in 1952, the new building was completed in 1996. On an exhibition space of almost 40,000 sqm, the visitor can admire 10 galleries with approx. 120,000 exhibits.
Some of the extraordinary exhibits are up to 8.000 years old. The Shanghai Museum offers a complete overview of the Chinese culture.
Due to the size of the exhibition, it can be visited over the span of several days. In any case, when visiting the city of Shanghai, you should not miss to go to the Shanghai Museum.

Das Shanghai Museum 上海博物馆 bildet das kulturelle Zentrum von Shanghai. Gegründet wurde es 1952, der Neubau wurde 1996 fertiggestellt. Auf einer Ausstellungsfläche von fast 40000 m² wurden 10 Galerien mit ca. 120000 Ausstellungsstücken untergebracht.
Einige der außergewöhnlichen Exponate sind bis zu 8.000 Jahre alt. Das Shanghai Museum bietet einen kompletten Überblick über die chinesische Kultur.
Aufgrund des Umfangs der Ausstellung könnte man hier mehrere Tage verbringen, dennoch sollte man bei einem Besuch der Stadt auch das Museum besuchen.

Mr.Ahmedic who was born in 1975 in Sarajevo and is an artist with exceptionally sensitive approach to the guitar. His playing represents great combination of
virtuosity, colorful expression and delicate sound. He had the opportunity to study with the fantastic Ivan Kalcina in 1997 and later on attend and graduate with the degree from the Prayner konservatorium in Austria Vienna.Mr Ahmedic also attended master classes of many famous guitarists,such as Roberto Aussell,Alvaro Pierri,Costas Cotsiolis,Tadaschi Sasaki. Mr Ahmedic gave recitals throughout Europe and US and also appeared as soloist with several chamber and symphonic orchestras.He published several labels, latest a CD Solo and Chamber,Fiesta and Mediterranean Fusion.He works as a full time guitar professor at The Music and Ballet School
