長い間繰り返されてきた火山噴火による溶岩地形の絶景を海岸の至るところで見る事ができます。

関係各所（大島町役場、大島観光協会、大島警察署、環境省）に確認したところ、2017年7月時点では、三原山、伊豆大島でのドローン空撮に関して特別な規制はありません。
国土交通省の定める規程の範囲でドローン空撮は可能です。
大島警察署より、大規模な撮影（大人数でのロケ隊）では届け出が必要との事。
また、観光シーズン中に多く観光客の目にとまるような場合も事前に警察署へ届け出があれば無用な通報騒ぎにも対処が可能だとの事。
伊豆大島には空港があるので、飛行制限地域があります。

「裏砂漠」は日本で唯一の砂漠です。

Highway through a Building Story ★ ONLY in JAPAN
Osaka's Gate Tower Building is an amazing sight to see because ... well, how should I put this? A highway goes through the building.
It literally does, and there is a story behind it.
In this episode, John not only goes inside to see where the elevator takes him, he also drives through it -- in a Lotus Seven. We'll also go up the Umeda Sky Building and catch some fantastic angles of the city, skyline and Gate Tower Building.
THE STORY:
Here it is from the building owner.
It’s basically a land rights dispute with a sort of happy ending.
The property was owned by a business (coal and wood company) since the early Meiji era but when business declined, so did the buildings in the 1970s. The area was approved to be redeveloped in 1983 but the property holder refused to give up the land, even though new building permits had been refused to him. The highway corporation and the property owner negotiated for 5 years and what you see today is their compromise. Highways usually buy the land they’re on but a new law in 1989 allowed the possibility of having two owners on the same spot, really meant for highways to go underground but hey – let’s get creative.
The highway is the legal tenant of floors 5 through 7.
The current building tenant on the other floors is TKP.

As of July 31, 2011, the city has an estimated population of 279,851 with 143,221 households, and a population density of 412.83 persons per km2 (1,069.2 persons per sq. mi.). The total area is 677.77 km2 (261.69 sq mi). The city is now the third biggest in Hokkaido after Sapporo and Asahikawa.

三原山の東側に広がる「裏砂漠」に対して、山頂口のある西側を「表砂漠」と呼ぶ事があります。
「赤ダレ」は三原山山頂の南、山頂口と裏砂漠のほぼ中間に位置します。
大雨は降った後は、「表砂漠」の南側の窪地に雨水が溜まり、小さな湖「幻の湖」が出現します。

Loco Travel: Oshima - Part 1 (Arriving and meeting Godzilla)
I took a long weekend and went to see NonStoptoTokyo ( ) in Oshima (大島).
It was a great weekend. Here's part one of the trip video!
I took an overnight boat from Tokyo, leaving at 10pm and arriving at 6am the next day.

Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse, Mt. Hakodate Ropeway: JAPAN VLOG EP5
We walked around at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse. It's mostly shopping and eating. We ate a lot of different things and the kids enjoyed it a lot. We got our lunch at Seico Mart, which is a convenience store in Hakodate. Everything looked good and was cheap compared to the US, so we went overboard and loaded up next day's breakfast as well. At night time, we went up to one of the most well known spots in Hakkodate for some night view at Mt. Hakodate.
