On my way back from Northwich, I make a detour to throw it down with the fittest 40-44 master in the UK, Mr. Robert Walker. We join a class at his box, CrossFit Oswestry where I meet amazing people and have a blast of a time. I even surprise myself by equalling my clean and jerk PB!
