Japanese Baseball Balloon Tradition

In Japanese baseball, there is a seventh inning tradition of releasing balloons after a team's fight song. The Yakult Swallows have a variation with Parasols.

In Sendai, the Rakuten Eagles seventh inning balloon release, as well as the release of white victory balloons following the last out of the game.
