Detectives investigating the murder of a woman who disappeared 20 years ago have begun digging on an area of wasteland in Middlesbrough. Donna Keogh was aged 17 when she went missing.
The excavation of the former allotment site comes after a review of information by officers. The Cleveland Force secured extra funding to re-examine this and cases involving two other young women.
