Adam-i Consulting, together with Minami Uonuma City Government, is proud to inaugurate Japan’s first ever international technology park – the “Global IT Park – Minami Uonuma”, where state of the art technology combine with global talent to create new value for the Japanese economy.
Japanese Companies have long been known to outsource parts of their business processes and operations to developing countries in order to be globally competitive. However, these companies face huge challenges with cross cultural communication, data security and even time differences. Japanese companies thus often try to recruit foreign or bilingual graduates to minimize cross cultural communication issues. Nonetheless, only a few companies have been able to succeed with any degree of consistency. Most companies have the desire to expand globally, but lack the international exposure, global leadership and marketing skills.
The “Global IT Park @ Minami Uonuma” will help accelerate globalization and collaboration between Japanese companies and promising partner firms across Asia.
