The fire investigator from the Ostrava fire department (of the Moravian-Silesian region fire department/ HZS Moravskoslezského kraje) responding.
I'm not a big fan of the speaker they put on the car.. it's QUIET.
That headquarter houses all the spare trucks for the fire departments and volunteer FD's in the whole Moravian-Silesian region. It's also the biggest station of the Ostrava fire department and houses the most fire trucks of the Ostrava fire department.

HZS MSK: Hasiči cvičně zasahovali v sanatoriu v Lázních Darkov
Profesionální hasiči ze stanice HZS MSK v Karviné absolvovali v pátek 30.11.2012 prověřovací cvičení, jehož cílem bylo vyzkoušet zásah u požáru v mnohapatrovém objektu sanatorií zdejších Lázní Darkov -- tedy objektu s desítkami osob se ztíženými pohybovými schopnostmi.

The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating consists of seven events, Courchevel (FRA) from August 20-24 followed by the events in Ljublijana, Slovenia (August 27 to 31), Ostrava, Czech Republic (September 3 to 7), Aichi, Japan (September 10 to 14), Tallinn, Estonia (September 24 to 28), Dresden, Germany (October 1 to 5) and Zagreb, Croatia (October 8 to 12). The events in Ostrava, Tallinn, Dresden and Zagreb include Pair Skating. The top six skaters/couples of the series in each category will advance to the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final in Barcelona, Spain (December 11 to 14).
