BACKTRACK: SAN FERNANDO PAMAPNGA TRAIN STATION (2018) - A Train Station Turned Museum
The San Fernando Railway Station was part of the 195-km Ferrocarril de Manila-Dagupan (Manila - Dagupan Rail Road), a pioneering rail system in Asia.
Back in the day, this place was the venue for grand expos featuring products from all over Luzon.
Today, it is a museum.
The train station turned museum houses photos, news clippings, and other artifacts that captured the station’s role in the country’s history.
The rail line will be revived, and San Fernando will be one of the stops. The old station will be preserved.
Pre-construction of the Northrail already started and is expected to completed by 2022.

Let's Time Travel | The Old Train Station of San Fernando Turned Museum
San Fernando City station or simply San Fernando station is a defunct railway station of the PNR Northrail line of Philippine National Railways. It is situated San Fernando, Pampanga. Historically, the old PNR train station was the site of a stopping place for Filipino and American prisoners of war during the Bataan death march in 1942.
The station is a historical landmark in the City of San Fernando in Pampanga, the Philippines.
The station has been closed since the ending of northbound rail services by Philippine National Railways over thirty years ago.
History
The station was inaugurated by Governor-General Eulogio Despujol and Bernardino Nozaleda, the Archbishop of Manila, on February 23, 1892.
On June 27, 1892, José Rizal disembarked from this station to meet some recruits for La Liga Filipina and again the next day en route to Bacolor.
On April 1942, during the Bataan Death March, the station served as the ending point for the 102-kilometer (63-mile) march from Bataan, from which Filipino and American prisoners-of-war were carted to Capas in Tarlac en route to their final destination, Camp O'Donnell.
It was closed, along with all other PNR Northrail stations, in 1988, when the North Main Line ceased its services.
Revival
The station will be one of the seventeen stations on the Manila-Clark Railway System or North–South Commuter Railway, which uses the old PNR right of way. It will once again connect Central Luzon and Metro Manila by rail.

SRF105: MASAYA RAILWAY STATION SURVEY (PHILIPPINES)
The fifth installment in a short series looking at 'Philippine National Railways' stations in the provinces of Laguna and Quezon (Philippines).
Masaya is a smaller rural place up in the more mountain type region north of San Pablo and is not thought to have seen passenger use for many years.
It has a low-level platform and a surviving station building. One track passes through, however, as the track diagram shows, this was not always the case.
Regular trains do not currently serve here, works trains providing the only occasional train movement through the barangay.
I would like to give special thanks to PNR General Manager, Jun Magno, for all his assistance.

Philippine National Railways - Walking the Former Antipolo Line (To Hulo)
Dec. 22, 2018
To Hulo we walked this portion of the line, truly an exhausting but interesting experience nonetheless.
Here is your context:
Why won't you please look into the previous installment of this for the sake of additional context.
But I'll provide one here anyway.
The Antipolo Line first starts before Sta. Mesa Station but after the Sta. Mesa Curve! You shall notice a line separating unto the east on satellite image Google Maps. It spans all the way to Taytay in Rizal, but the Antipolo-Taytay part closed down, and was substituted with a bus line. That led rail services to shorten down to Antipolo only, giving the line its name.
That's it, look in the article yourself for additional information. :)
Any music in this video wasn't provided by me. And was created by RobTop Games for his game Geometry Dash, the song was simply given the name... Shop Music.
SRF257: PLARIDEL RAILWAY STATION - PHILIPPINES
The municipality of Plaridel was not created until 1962 and it the smallest one in the province of Quezon. A lovely little town on the Maharlika Highway (main south road from Manila to Bicol), situated on the coastline of Lamon Bay.
In 2015 the population of Plaridel was 10,935.
