Dog Friendly Campsite in Cornwall, Padstow, Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park
Best Dog Friendly campsite in Cornwall, Padstow, Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park. My favourite dog friendly campsite in beautiful North Cornwall, only 4 miles from the popular town of Padstow. Otherwise know as Pad-Stein as Rick Stein has had so much influence in the town including his famous Seafood restaurant, Cafe, Fish and Chip shop, Delicatessan, Hotel, Bakery and gift shop. All are excellent and not just a brand name. We often have lunch at the Rick Stein Cafe which has a dog friendly outdoor terrace at the rear. The campsite is situated on the picturesque north cornish coast in the area populated by the seven bays. That is seven gorgeous beaches including porthcothan, Treyarnon, Constantine, Boobys, Mother Ivey's, Harlyn and Trevone. Ideal for hiking with your dog as beaches are dog friendly, the scenery is fantastic and there is a plethora of eating establishments to keep you well fed. Mother Ivey's Bay holiday park is at the centre of this fabulous area with direct access to the South West Coast Path and the Seven Bays as described. One of our favourite walks is along the Estuary form Padstow to Hawkers Cove where we often stop for food at the Rest a While tea garden, which has stunning views across the estuary and out to sea.

Rick Stein and Jill Stein's accommodation in Padstow
Rick and Jill Stein have 40 rooms and self catering accommodation in and around Padstow. All have been designed by Jill, smart but bright and cheerful with a seaside feel. Jill thinks of somewhere she'd like to stay and what we like; good powerful showers, free standing baths in some cases, flat screen televisions and ipod docks, fresh crisp linen, beautiful bathrooms for indulgent soaking, pure white towels, the sort of room you're reluctant to leave. We don't stop at the interiors either as we've got some lovely gardens, terraces and courtyards to enjoy.
Padstow Harbour
I wasn't expecting much from Padstow, I thought it was going to be a grim industrial place, but I was very wrong. It's a vibrant, interesting and beautiful town with some great shops and fine places to eat.

ReaShure's Impact on the Farm - Resugga Farm, St. Austell, Cornwall, UK
Watch and share Will Marsh’s story on how he reduced metabolic disorders and increased milk yields on his farm in Cornwall, UK thanks to ReaShure® Precision Release Choline. Choline is an essential nutrient for a successful transition. New research from the University of Florida shows cows fed ReaShure during transition had higher peaks and produced an additional 4.6 pounds of milk per day compared to cows that did not consume ReaShure. That would mean an additional 1,403 pounds of milk for that lactation. Learn more about ReaShure and the complete line of ruminant products at BalchemANH.com.

Adventures of the Plymouth Bikers
Motorcycle vlog (video log) of a group of bikers based in Plymouth Devon England. The adventures of the Plymouth Bikers is a video diary of a great bunch of mad motorcyclist riding the roads of Devon and Cornwall. 25th October 2015, Open navigator day, 2 groups of bikers, 3 navigators and 3 sweepers. Graham lead a fab faster paced ride over the moors with Stu as sweeper. While group 2 was split into 3 parts with navigator Pete leading group 1 up to Lifton farm shop for a little breakfast and banter, biker chris on sweeper. Navigator Dave then taking the group on a nice run ending in Crackington Haven, with Tim as sweeper. This is a fab part of the Cornish coastline and a favourite for the bikers. The way home was lead by Dave P and Dot as sweeper. Got to say the new navigators and sweepers did a fab job many thanks guys, the company always fab and the journey well, loved it. The break away Plymouth Bikers had a good run over Dartmoor and on through Tiverton, bampton, over the very top of exmoor. Stunning views and good weather. Then on through Porlock through simonsbath with an afternoon stop at the quince honey farm in south molton which is well worth a stop in the future. The final run through eggesford on to winkleigh and back over Dartmoor. Graham and Julie done a great job leading ( we did see the same part of Somerset twice,,,graham said that he enjoyed it so much the first time!)
Filmed on a GoPro Hero3, 1080p at 32fps, Music mix, filming and editing by D Prout.

Lostwithiel
Walk just a few minutes from here across the railway line and River Fowey and you are in Lostwithiel, ancient capital of Kernow, old Cornwall. In the 13th century, Lostwithiel was the county town and main stannery town of Cornwall, established by the Normans for the export of tin. The river then was wide and deep and sea-going vessels were tied up along the quay ready for their trips to the countries around the Mediterranean Sea. “The Port of Fowi” was the second largest on the South Coast of England – hard to believe now!
Today Lostwithiel is a peaceful, friendly and charming town with fine pubs, restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, galleries and food outlets a plenty to suit every taste.
