Pagani Factory tour San Cesario sul Panaro
Pagani factory tour featuring the new Huayra (San Cesario sul Panaro, Modena, Italy)
Visiting the Pagani Factory in Italy [Shmee's Adventures]
My visit to the Pagani factory in San Cesario sul Panaro, from the showroom with an early Zonda S to the Huayra production line with the Zonda Revolucion recently finished.
Work at Pagani is carried out meticulously, even though the company is in a transitional period moving things over from the old factory to the new one that is currently in development.
Thanks for watching, Tim

The New Pagani Automobili Factory and Showroom
The new Pagani Automobili Factory and Showroom
Horacio Pagani and the whole Pagani family are delighted to welcome you at the new Pagani Automobili factory located in San Cesario Sul Panaro, Modena. It covers 5800 mq.
Built with the same philosophy that we apply on our cars, the new Pagani Automobili factory has been designed by our design studio and the project was led by Leonardo and Christopher Pagani, the sons of Horacio.
While in France, visiting the Chateau de la Grenerie, (a castle owned by a longtime Pagani customer), Horacio got inspired by a greenhouse he saw during a walk in the surrounding area. The original iron structure is still clearly visible and it’s been designed by French engineer Eiffel; he then falls in love with his style and decides to adopt it.

Pagani Zonda Revolution at San Cesario sul Panaro HQ
After moving to Italy from his native Argentina, Horacio made a name for himself, first as a designer at Lamborghini and then as a pioneer of composite materials. But that was all just a prelude to realising his own dream car.
Not even 20 years after the Zonda was unveiled at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show, this is where Pagani Automobili is at right now. But already Horacio had massive plans to expand the company. Horacio bought up the massive building next door to the existing factory, knocked it down and started again from scratch. His vision is getting very close to completion, and in a few months it will be officially opened. So now, after receiving the official ‘okay’ from Pagani, I’m able to share with you a sneak peak at the new facility.
Three Zonda Revolucions in one place – can you believe it?! At the time, the fourth was in the factory for maintenance, while #5 is safely tucked away in the confines of the Bingo Sports dealership in central Tokyo. So yep, I’ve managed to see them all! The Revolucion at the end of the row is Pagani’s very own piece. It’s also the car that ‘The Stig’ set a Top Gear track lap record in years ago, and the one that ran a 6min30sec lap of the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
To the right of where the Revolucions were parked was a little nook where I found even more cars. The one I was most interested in wasn’t even a Pagani though; it was Horacio’s latest addition to his ever-expanding car collection. The 25th Anniversary edition Countach holds a very special place in his heart, as he was the designer that penned those aggressive lines during his time at Lamborghini. Horacio ended up leaving the company after it didn’t share the same passion he had for composite materials, saying that if Ferrari wasn’t doing carbon (at that time in the late ’70s) Lamborghini didn’t need to. It’s a good thing it all unfolded this way.
Pagani Raduno 2016 - Vanishing Point - in Italy - many Zondas and Huayras!
Here are some clips put together from the annual Pagani Rally (2016) which took place in Italy. Beginning at the factory in San Cesario Sul Panaro, over to the Dolomites, down through to Venice, and finally returning back to the factory. Plenty of Pagani action, including many Zondas, Huayras (including a BC!) an Aston Martin One77, Horacio Paganis personal Porsche Carrera GT, a Ferrari 599 GTO + more!

The zonda R is the most powerful Zonda ever made, it uses the V12, 750 HP engine of the Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR. Theese two Zonda Rs were at the Pagany factory in San Cesario sul Panaro, Italy.
I'm sorry if the video is a bit short and the filming wasn't the best, but i was running because the tour of the factory was ended.
PAGANI - The Hypercars dreamland
✪Touring Show™ S4E6
In this episode we are in Italiy Modena and we have been hosted by Pagani
Pagani Automobili is an Italian manufacturer of hypercars and carbon fibre components. The company was founded in 1992 by the Argentinian Horacio Pagani and is based in San Cesario sul Panaro, near Modena, Italy
✯ Zonda R
The Zonda R debuted at the Geneva Motor Show 2007, using the 6.0 litre V12 M120 engine sourced from the race version of the Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR.The Zonda R's competition lies with track-based cars, such as the Ferrari FXX and Maserati MC12 Corsa rather than the original Zonda's road competitors as it is not road-homologated.
The Pagani Zonda R has a top speed of 218 mph (350.8 km/h), accelerates to 0 to 60 mph (0.0 to 96.6 km/h) in less than 2.5 seconds, can brake from 60 to 0 mph (96.6 to 0.0 km/h) in 96.0 ft (29.3 m), and corners at 1.62g
✯ Pagani Huayra
The Pagani Huayra is an Italian mid-engined hyper car produced by Pagani. It is named after Huayra-tata, a Quechua wind god.
The Huayra was named The Hypercar of the Year 2012 by Top Gear magazine and received a very positive review when tested by Richard Hammond on Top Gear. On February 11, 2015 it was reported that the Pagani Huayra has been sold out. The Huayra was limited to just 100 units as part of Pagani's agreement with engine supplier Mercedes-AMG
The Huayra uses a twin-turbo, V12 engine developed by Mercedes-AMG
✯ Zonda Cinque
The Zonda Cinque was meant to be the last iteration of the Zonda, being a road going version of the Zonda R. Only five were built — hence the name — and sold for $2,193,070, with deliveries set to June 2009 for all five cars
✯ Zonda Roadster F
debuted at the 2006 Geneva auto show. It was similar to the coupé, but with a removable carbon fibre roof and canvas side curtains, weighing just 5 kilograms (11 lb) more than the coupe
Production of the Roadster F was limited to 25 units. The Roadster F maintained chassis rigidity without any gain in curb weight, eschewing conventional thinking by not strengthening the sills, a process which would have needed more than 35 kilograms (77 lb) of reinforcement
✯ Zonda S 7.3
The Zonda S 7.3 of 2002 used a new, larger V12 engine displacing 7.3 L designed and manufactured by Mercedes-Benz AMG producing 555 PS
And to better handle the power, traction control and ABS were made standard. Performance claims were unchanged from the Zonda S. On the Autobahn, the car topped out at 198 mph (319 km/h)
✯ Zonda La Nonna: The Grandmother Of All Zondas
This is the second Zonda C12 prototype (Pt2 as it was known at the factory), which was used all throughout 1998 to develop the production car that debuted the following year at the Geneva Motor Show and effectively put Pagani on the map.
Initially fitted with the AMG M120 6L V12 engine which developed 389hp and 570Nm of torque, the prototype was used as a test bed for every Zonda evolution thereafter. It racked up an insane amount of miles in the process – 1,000,000km (621,371 miles) to be precise – as it put a multitude of components, including engines and gearboxes, through their paces.
