Découverte de plusieurs minorités ethniques du nord de la Thailande. Route pour un village de minorité Lisu, de croyance animiste. pai- uphill part1 thailand the loop and men with small todgers
heres another armchair special from the mountains of north thailand. ive just ridden this and got the sore arse to prove it. the road was damp from a quick shower and i span and slid my way up there to the top.
i just spent 25km trying to pass 7 mini busses driving nose to tail, for a thai to give way and let you pass would mean that he has a smaller dick than you. that would be the end of their world to ever admit that so they do anything they can to block your overtake. watch as some move over on me to block me......it doesnt work as i pack more meat than any of them and show them by sailing up either side to prove it........oh hum.
so crank up your gas fires, sit back, crack open another tin and enjoy.

Thailand Ambassador Was Hitler's Last Visitor in the Bunker
While watching this excellent documentary from the History Channel, Inside Hitler's Reich Chancellery, I came across this amazing fact. Hitler's last official visitor in his last day in the bunker...was the Thailand Ambassador.
As an expat living in Thailand and a WWII buff I find this fascinating. I can't find any additional information. Who was this guy and what was he doing there? Dropping in to wish him Happy Birthday? Maybe share some Pad Thai? Som Tam?
If anyone has any additional information about this please comment.

Thai Fish Cakes Recipe (Tod Mun Pla) ทอดมันปลา - Hot Thai Kitchen!
A classic recipe, these red-curry-flavoured fish cakes can be found everywhere in Thailand! The preparations are really simple, the hardest part is getting the right fish. Go with something super tender and you'll be fine. I'm using basa and it worked out great!

One Man’s Fight to Save Traditional Muay Thai Boxing | Short Film Showcase
Wisarut Wat Suksiriwararak is an old Muay Thai fighter from Pai in Northern Thailand. He now runs his own gym in Pai, passing down his knowledge of Thailand’s traditional martial art to both locals and visitors from around the world. Over the past few decades, the authentic practices of Muay Thai have slowly begun to fade away. This historic martial art now centers around financial incentives and entertainment as Thailand’s culture becomes increasingly commercialized. Filmmaker Marko Randelovic shows Suksiriwararak's fight to preserve the traditional aspects of the sport in his short film Fighter: The Legend of a Muay Thai Boxer.
