Seal Bay Dive, Cavallii Islands, Bay of Islands, New Zealand
Awesome 46 minute dive the reef at Seal Bay, Paihia.
Fur seals, moray eel, black angelfish, blue mau mau, red pigfish, Sandagers Wrasse, banded wrasse, a lone male green wrasse and some scarlett wrasse, butterfish, perch, blue and red moki, leather jackets, 2 spot demoiselles, scorpionfish, all kinds of triple fin, huge crayfish moults lying around, tons of nudibranch and other macro life. All this found in amongst ancient volcanic boulders, kelp forest, swim throughs, crevasses, sand and gravel bottoms that makes up the reef area of the bay and the Island wall.
