SUBSCRIBE: - Here's a tour of the island of Koror in Palau in the western Pacific Ocean where I spent 4 days. Next time I am going to stay much longer in this beautiful island nation. Koror is the state comprising the main commercial centre of the Republic of Palau. It consists of several islands, the most prominent being Koror Island. The state of Koror contains about 70% of the population of the country.
Palau is an archipelago of over 500 islands, part of the Micronesia region in the western Pacific Ocean. Koror Island is home to the former capital, also named Koror, and is the islands’ commercial center. The larger Babeldaob has the present capital, Ngerulmud, plus mountains and sandy beaches on its east coast. In its north, ancient basalt monoliths known as Badrulchau lie in grassy fields surrounded by palm trees.

We enjoyed all the Palau Pacific Resort had to offer. The rooms are gorgeous and the food is fantastic. The sunsets were really unbelievable. I even hula hooped in the sunset!
I loved the Polynesian dancing and the great buffet. All the chefs were so friendly and I never had a SCUBA diver pancake before. WOW! What a great team at PPR! I can highly recommend staying at this gorgeous hotel.
During our stay, we celebrated Dean's birthday several times--at this hotel with a drink called THE SHARK ATTACK! Enjoy all that Palau has to offer--at the edge of Paradise!
