Palm Cove Beach - Cairns
Palm Cove beach is arguably the most pristine of all Cairns' Northern Beaches, and it offers picnic tables and free barbeques along its entire length. At the northern end of the beach is a long jetty used for fishing and the Palm trees line the shore.
Behind the fringe of palm trees lies Palm Cove Accommodation. From backpackers accommodation to 5-star resorts and fine-dining restaurants, Palm Cove has it all. This versatile beach can be used for the most relaxing holiday experience you can find, and can also serve as an exciting venue for water sports and other activities the far north has to offer.

Vlog 003 // Relaxing in Palm Cove, Queensland
We spent a week exploring the beautiful Palm Cove in Tropical North Queensland.
You may or may not have figured out by now that I am OBSESSED with Palm Trees - and Palm Cove (aptly named) did not disappoint!
I would definitely recommend a visit here if you are in or near Cairns. Accomodation wasn't too cheap (as were drinking and eating) but it is a beautiful spot with an older crowd if you are just down to RELAX... and eat some REALLY good Italian food!

Portofino (also Italian, also delicious & amazing service!)

Jan 2016: One week getaway to Palm Cove, Queensland. Spent our time relaxing in the resort, swimming in the pools, admiring the beautiful beaches that we couldn’t swim in, eating out, exploring nearby towns, wandering through rain forests, embracing nature, constantly sweating due to the humidity, swimming with fishes (no video footage as I don’t have an underwater camera but I assure you The Great Barrier Reef is a must see)
