We were doing a day trip from Manila and decided to check out Puerto Azul in Cavite. The guard told us to go to Caysubic Clubhouse. So we followed the signs along the way. We saw a sign that said Paniman Beach. We thought we would go and check it out and were amazed to find a completely abandoned beach resort. And when I say abandoned I literally mean abandoned. There were only two people there who were the caretakers and that was it. There wasn't one single other person to be seen anywhere, yet here we were on this glorious beach that is only 40kms from Manila. After that, we decided to go to Puerto Azul and there we found another completely abandoned beach and golf resort. Apparently, the owner of this whole area was no longer able to afford the operating costs of this entire area.
