KENTUCKY MEGA MANSION ON 750 ACRES - 25 Anderson Trl N, Whitesville, KY - Luxury Homes
KENTUCKY MEGA MANSION ON 750 ACRES - 25 Anderson Trl N, Whitesville, KY - Luxury Homes
I do not own these videos and am not making any money off advertising these houses. This is purely for education purposes.
This 750 acre sprawling estate, offers three outstanding single family homes, a tenant home on the 400 acre farmland, a 60 acre lake and an 8000 sq. ft. commercial building. The three homes are located off the gated, private road that meanders back to the pristine lake, recreational facilities and delightful views of the surrounding woodlands. These beautiful single family homes are each unique and offer a total of 14 bedrooms, 12 baths, 5 half baths and garage space for 8 cars. The most recent built custom home offers solid Cherry doors, trim and windows, hand scraped Acacia wood floors, whole house generator, heated marble floors in the master bath and like the other two homes, amazing views of the lake and natural vistas. The second home also has a walkout lower level, first floor master, three additional bedrooms up and a spacious deck off the back of the home overlooking the lake. The third lakeside home offers a view from the head of the lake through massive two story windows. The entire home is designed to capture the outdoors and offers many options for outdoor living with the expansive decks and terraces. The open floor plan and wonderful walkout lower level great room with kitchenette and bar make this a great home for entertaining. The lake was created for testing hydroplanes. Over the years many friends and family members have spent long afternoons skiing, kayaking and fishing. It is 1 1/4 miles long and has the potential for an additional 20 lakefront homes. It is the perfect location to escape the urban life and find the quiet of the countryside. Yet, it is only 2 hours from two major airports, Nashville and Louisville and 20 minutes from Owensboro, Kentucky. The design and development of this estate makes it the perfect candidate for a family compound, residential treatment center or corporate retreat. There is an abundance of open space with well-designed areas that invite having fun, pursuing health and just enjoying life. The regulation size pool, two tennis courts, volleyball court, indoor squash courts, picnic pavilions, lake, hiking trails and grilling areas are perfect for entertaining many or just relaxing in your own private retreat. You need not leave this estate to find a multitude of outdoor activities that will enrich your life. The infrastructure was well-planned, offering geothermal, electric, city water and underground utilities to preserve the beauty and integrity of the natural landscape. The commercial building has fiber-optics, houses the squash courts, offices, and is currently leased to an engineering firm for $7200.00 per month. The current owners have been good stewards of this unique property, planning and improving it with respect for the beauty and bounty of nature. The 400 acres of farmland is leased and allows the owner the advantages of agricultural status. There area across the lake is wooded, pristine and accessible only by the private road around the property or by boat. Opportunities are endless here to enjoy all the homes and amenities the current owners developed, or to create the world you want to live.

72 Lake Iosco Rd Bloomingdale, NJ Lakefront Property For Sale - $1,088,000
Welcome to Pure Serenity! Lake Iosco (Shimmering Waters) community is located in Bloomingdale, NJ, nestled between the Wanaque Reservoir, Norvin Green State Forest, Glenwild Lake, Morse Lakes and Rainbow Lake. Lake Iosco is abutted by steep slopes and has a rugged and faraway feel.
This 5 bedroom, 3 full bath, luxurious lakefront property sits on the most desirable cul-de-sac along Lake Iosco. This oasis is situated on 400 acres of land surrounding the lake, which is leased by the 43 homeowners, about one- third of whom are weekenders and is only 35 minutes from New York City.
The custom eat-in kitchen is a chef's dream. The spacious living room and enormous dining room are perfect for entertaining your family and friends. The master bedroom suite boasts a stunning master bath with a large walk-in closet.
Step outside your home and your options are endless. In the warm weather the lake is perfect for swimming, sailing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. One astute Lake Iosco resident best described this hidden gem when he said, This is the best-kept secret in the United States!
The sense of remoteness, without really being remote at all, is perhaps one of the most striking characteristics of this lake in Bloomingdale, NJ located only a short 32 miles northwest of New York City.
Many New Yorkers call Lake Iosco their home away from home or weekend retreat. This enclave is pure paradise, extremely private and nothing short of pristine. Most of the 43 homes face the Ramapo Mountains. This home sits directly along side of the lake with stunning water views and colorful sunsets illuminating over the Ramapo Mountains.

TWB is Live! Hurricane Florence Hits US Carnival Royal Caribbean Norwegian Updates!
TWB is Live! Hurricane Florence Hits US Carnival Royal Caribbean Norwegian Updates! Hurricane Florence is now hitting the coast of South Carolina. The storm is slowing it's forward motion down to a crawl and will likely dump huge amounts of rain for the next few days. Carnival has a ship called the Carnival Ecstacy due to land in Charleston SC on Sunday but the port is closed right now until Saturday night and may not be open by Sunday with the amount of flooding that is expected in the area. The Grandeur of the Seas is supposed to be in Baltimore on Sunday along with Carnival Pride, but they may not make it there either due to the fact that the ships are in the Port Canaveral area waiting for the hurricane to pass first.

Auburn Coach Wife Kristi Malzahn Agrees with Match & eHarmony: Men are Jerks
My advice is this: Settle! That's right. Don't worry about passion or intense connection. Don't nix a guy based on his annoying habit of yelling Bravo! in movie theaters. Overlook his halitosis or abysmal sense of aesthetics. Because if you want to have the infrastructure in place to have a family, settling is the way to go. Based on my observations, in fact, settling will probably make you happier in the long run, since many of those who marry with great expectations become more disillusioned with each passing year. (It's hard to maintain that level of zing when the conversation morphs into discussions about who's changing the diapers or balancing the checkbook.)
Obviously, I wasn't always an advocate of settling. In fact, it took not settling to make me realize that settling is the better option, and even though settling is a rampant phenomenon, talking about it in a positive light makes people profoundly uncomfortable. Whenever I make the case for settling, people look at me with creased brows of disapproval or frowns of disappointment, the way a child might look at an older sibling who just informed her that Jerry's Kids aren't going to walk, even if you send them money. It's not only politically incorrect to get behind settling, it's downright un-American. Our culture tells us to keep our eyes on the prize (while our mothers, who know better, tell us not to be so picky), and the theme of holding out for true love (whatever that is—look at the divorce rate) permeates our collective mentality.
Even situation comedies, starting in the 1970s with The Mary Tyler Moore Show and going all the way to Friends, feature endearing single women in the dating trenches, and there's supposed to be something romantic and even heroic about their search for true love. Of course, the crucial difference is that, whereas the earlier series begins after Mary has been jilted by her fiancé, the more modern-day Friends opens as Rachel Green leaves her nice-guy orthodontist fiancé at the altar simply because she isn't feeling it. But either way, in episode after episode, as both women continue to be unlucky in love, settling starts to look pretty darn appealing. Mary is supposed to be contentedly independent and fulfilled by her newsroom family, but in fact her life seems lonely. Are we to assume that at the end of the series, Mary, by then in her late 30s, found her soul mate after the lights in the newsroom went out and her work family was disbanded? If her experience was anything like mine or that of my single friends, it's unlikely.
And while Rachel and her supposed soul mate, Ross, finally get together (for the umpteenth time) in the finale of Friends, do we feel confident that she'll be happier with Ross than she would have been had she settled down with Barry, the orthodontist, 10 years earlier? She and Ross have passion but have never had long-term stability, and the fireworks she experiences with him but not with Barry might actually turn out to be a liability, given how many times their relationship has already gone up in flames. It's equally questionable whether Sex and the City's Carrie Bradshaw, who cheated on her kindhearted and generous boyfriend, Aidan, only to end up with the more exciting but self-absorbed Mr. Big, will be better off in the framework of marriage and family. (Some time after the breakup, when Carrie ran into Aidan on the street, he was carrying his infant in a Baby Björn. Can anyone imagine Mr. Big walking around with a Björn?)
