Hi Guys,
In this video we leave Praia Do Rosa and make our way to Torres. Unfortunately, this part of our trip wasn't very fun at all and was very scary. We we're only 10 minutes away from our Airbnb in Torres when a guy rear ended us as we were approaching a round about.
After he hit us, we pulled over and examined both vehicles and made sure everyone was ok. The other driver insisted everything was fine and that we don't need to do anything. He was 100% at fault and his insurance or him was supposed to pay for the damages. The guy got back in his car and ran away.
We went to the police station and report him, the cop pulled up the guys photos from searching the cars plates. It appeared that the car was stolen and the man driving was a different man. In the end we personally had to pay everything to fix this car as it was a rental.
With the little time we had in Torres we went to the beach one day and left to another town after.

Hi Guys,
In this video we leave Guarda Do Embau and make our way to Praia Do Rosa. We started our road trip in Florianopolis and are slowly making our way down the south coast of Brazil, stopping at different beach towns along the way.
Praia Do Rose is about 2-3 hours from Florianopolis and about 30-45 minutes from Guarda Do Embau. When looking for accommodation we recommend using booking.com or Airbnb. Breakfast is included when staying in a hotel or pousada, however it's unlikely that you would have a kitchen to cook in and so an Airbnb would be better if you want to cook your own meals.

The campsite has plots with free electricity and there are communal kitchen facilities, but the best part are the large BBQs with the signature Brazilian BBQ swords available!

Isso garante a preservação de um grande morro de pedras banhadas por pequenas baías. O ruído das ondas nos arrecifes é um convite ao relaxamento, aproveitando as delícias dos bares instalados no alto do costão, onde árvores e coqueiros se debruçam sobre as águas mornas e salgadas. Tanto que o lugar já foi chamado de Praia da Preguiça. O mar pouco profundo e sem ondas é excelente para banhos e esportes náuticos. Do topo, ainda é possível ter uma visão especial de Suape e das ilhas Tatuoca, Outeiro e Cocaia, localizadas no Rio Massangana. Para os aventureiros, por estar em meio à mata preservada, oferece condições para a prática de trekking.

Only 30 meters long, this beach is located in an Atlantic rainforest reserve - protecting a large stone hill surrounded by little bays. This beach has also been popularly known as Praia da Preguiça (Lazy Beach). It's calm and flat water makes it excellent for bathing and practicing nautical sports. From the top, one can enjoy the view from Suape and the islands of Tatuoca, Outeiro and Cocaia on the Massangana river. For adventure-seeking tourists, it is possible to trek in the preserved forest.
