Blueberry Lovers
We're just getting into blueberry season so this new GCAT Blueberry video is timely indeed. Parks Blueberries and Country Store is one of our favourite places in this entire trip.
Parks Blueberries is located between London and Chatham Ontario on highway number two. It is a great family-oriented place to visit with a wonderful Cafe, Bakery, Country Store and, of course, over forty acres of sumptuous, healthy blueberries -- over eight different types!
Parks blueberries are farm fresh, untouched by birds thanks to the owners, Diane and Bill Parks, which were among the first to introduce protective netting.
The blueberry bushes now stand between four and six feet having been carefully nurtured over three decades by their owners. You can freeze the berries and store them for a year or so or just gobble them right up, fresh and clean.
And then, of course, there's the health benefits. Blueberries are ranked at the top of over forty fruits in terms of health benefits -- improving memory, motor skills, vision and contributing to cancer prevention.
Blueberries are just an amazing Superfruit! It's well worth the drive to Bothwell to visit Parks Blueberries. There's plenty of great things to do and see for the entire family!

George Hugh of Bothwell Jailed
George , a good man, a farmer, is being held against his will. He was scheduled for Court in Owen Sound on Monday, November 1st. He, the flesh and blood man appeared before Judge Thompson. He would not pass the Admiralty Court Bar to enter into their Jurisdiction. He did not respond to the name......BOTHWELL, GEORGE. He is not BOTHWELL, GEORGE. He is the flesh and blood man, George Hugh born of the Bothwell Family.
Judge Thompson then in an amazing performance said to the Crown, can we reverse the withdrawal of the charges given to George earlier? Wasn't it under certain conditions?
Crown did not agree, they had their microphones turned way down so even sitting in the front row, could not be heard.
So for the 3rd or 4th time Judge Thompson asked George, Yes or No to the Jurisdiction and we will let you go home to be with your family TONIGHT.
George said no, he is under threat and duress and NOOOOOO.
So now the actors at the front begin talking about all the personal engagements they have in the next week and how they can't see George again until MONDAY NOV 8th.
Judge Thompson's grandmother? He couldn't have a grandmother, he's a grandfather himself seriously. He said his grandmother is being honoured at the Royal Winter Fair for a Women's thing, like we care, we only care that George has to stay in for 6 more days.
On what charge? That he won't answer a question, the way they want.
It is now 7:15. On and for the record, George is led out, as he leaves he says he is under stress and duress. We leave.
We find out that the door to the Court Building was locked before 5 and people we had called could not enter. Also because of cell phones were not allowed, we could not even receive silent texts that they were outside.
Court was really never dismissed after George was led out and they all just remained at the front of the theatre and we left.
NOW IT IS TIME FOR ACTION, GRAB YOUR TENT, YOUR TRAILER, YOUR CAR, YOUR POSTERS AND LETS GET TO THE JAIL OR COURTHOUSE AND MAKE OUR REQUESTS AND DEMANDS BE KNOWN.
WE NEED TO BE GEORGE'S VOICE. THE COURT IS THE CRIMINAL, TAKING THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS AND IMPRISONING GEORGE WITH NO CHARGE AND NO BAIL, A DECENT HONEST FARMER WHO IS JUST PLAIN SICK WITH ALL OF US OF THIS POWER, CONTROL, POLICE STATE. WE ARE LOSING OUR RIGHTS AND WE ARE FED UP. TIME FOR ACTION IS NOW. WE DEMAND HE BE RELEASED NOW.
PLEASE MEET AT THE OWEN SOUND COURT HOUSE AT
611 9th Avenue East Owen Sound
Ontario N4K 6Z4
I will have my laptop, Rogers mobile internet with me, so emails are still helpful to let me know your status. Thanks and George thanks you.
The court is in big trouble now, they have crossed the line and are now in line for a lawsuit.
Judge Thompson, looks like you may be retiring
New Haven Parks: Climbing Wall on Broadway
Kind of an awesome thing here. They've got a climbing wall, and it's on Broadway. That's pretty awesome, if you ask me. Instructor Mike talks about the meaning of life, and Qiana who works at Hull's makes an ascent. That's not all the Parks does!
They also have a list of events available on their website. It's part of the obscure CityOfNewHaven website system. You can try it if you like.
Sundowner Fire
Sundowner Truck Accessories in Bothwell was destroyed by fire on Saturday, August 1, 2009. Damage is estimated between $700,000 and one million dollars.

Americans try New Zealand foods for the first time and the boy is NOT impressed! Family Travel
Americans try New Zealand foods for the first time! Weet-Bix, Marmite, feijoa, kiwi, Bluebird chips, and more! Some were great, some foods are HORRIBLE!
We are an American family traveling the world full time! We were excited to finally make it to New Zealand, where we'd be able to speak English, follow basic driving rules, and eat familiar foods. We've loved a lot of foods we've tried, but some New Zealand snacks are not great! You'll love our 6-year-old's expression eating some of these new foods!
