Inside The World's Largest Gin Collection
Ain't no gin tower high enough for Yana, a bartender at ATLAS Bar! With over a thousand different bottles of gin, this bar in #Singapore houses the world's largest gin collection. But that's not the only special thing about this place.
ATLAS Bar is located in Parkview Square, also known as the 'Batman' building to locals. Inspired by 1920s Art Deco architecture, Parkview Square has structural and decorative similarities to Batman's Gotham building. So if Batman ever owned a bar, we imagine it to look something like this ;-)

Stand out when you visit these places in Singapore, because they're truly one of a kind. But take your cameras along, as you're gonna want to take some pictures at Singapore's very own Gotham City, Parkview Square, and The Projector, a revamped retro cinema showcasing the best of indie films.

Wine fairy at ParkView Square Singapore
Mei Jun's 5th Month Video (September 2009)
Flying waitress, Parkview Square, Singapore
The Parkview bar in the lobby of the building has a unique 3-storey high wine chiller.
The waitress sits in a harness which is connected to a pulley system. The pulley is controlled by a switch that moves the pulley both up and down, left and right. Once in position, the waitress can then open a cabinet and extract a bottle of wine.
I don't mind if they pour us water. I order a bottle for the spectacle.
Parkview Square lobby is also designed mainly in the Art Deco style and features a 15m-high ceiling with hand-crafted details.
It's always empty. There are more floor staff than patrons. Quiet.

'Take 5 Tour' - Parkview Square Singapore
This has to be the most beautiful building in Singapore. The one the angels rise up to get the bottle of wine you've ordered. It's a must see and well worth staying for just one drink to be able to admire the stunning interior of the Art Deco New York style building. It's next to the Bugis Junction MRT so easy to get to. A Peek At The Parkview Museum | The Skoop
The Parkview Museum is a relatively new private museum that's free and open to the public. It's co-located in an office building known as Parkview Square, famous for its art-deco architecture. The museum's exhibits rotate every few months with works from local and international artists.
As it's not a government-linked museum, no government intervention will be involved with the artworks. Don't be surprised to see any thought-provoking works. With its central location and its proximity to Bugis MRT Station, there's no reason not to visit this exciting museum.
