Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal konnte größten Teils deutsch ansonsten ist man mit englisch gut weiter gekommen des weiteren war das Personal sehr freundlich. In Puerto ist die Parkplatz suche etwas schwierig wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, gegen eine Gebühr kann man das Fahrzeug in der Tiefgarage des Hotels parken. Zu Fuß kann man alles erreichen, vom Einkaufscenter, Strand oder auch das Meerwasserbad Martiánez. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, immer wieder!
