Spearheaded by the Marianas Visitors Authority, the celebration will continue for the next three Saturdays-- Sept 20, 27 and October 4 so don't miss the chance to take a trip around the Pacific at the festival.

Japanese Autumn Festival 2019 @Saipan
Japanese Society of the Northern Mariana Islands, a non-profit organization, will host the 34th Annual Japanese Autumn Festival on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Paseo de Marianas in Garapan, Saipan.
The event will feature Japanese traditional performances, together with Japanese delicacies foods and games for both tourists and locals to enjoy. Food vendors will also be selling popular Japanese foods such as yaki-soba, kara-age, yaki-meshi, tako-yaki, yaki-tori, and more. Game booths will include ring toss, shooting gallery, super ball, water balloon fishing, and a raffle.

Actor Yuya Miyagaki and actress Yui Ishikawa were on Saipan for the shoot. The movie is sponsored by the largest karaoke franchise in Japan, Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd., and supported by convenience store franchisor Lawson Inc. ...While on Saipan the crew filmed at the Japanese-era lighthouse on Navy Hill, Jonny's Bar & Grill, Paseo de Marianas pedestrian mall, Saipan Beach Pathway, and Wing Beach.
