He spoke to a crowd, which included many service members aboard the USS Yorktown, an aircraft carrier museum at Patriot Point Park in Mount Pleasant, SC.
His focus was to discuss his military strategy. He told supporters he would work to reverse the Pentagon's decision to allow women to serve in combat in the Marine Corps.

03.12.10 - Escorting a flight simulator for Airbus in Miami, FL
This clip shows us escorting a large crate (13' wide) containing the first & only flight simulator for the Airbus A-380 in the United States to be installed in Miami, FL. We depart the Port of Miami & head into downtown Miami, FL then head to the storage yard where the crate will sit over the weekend. We have one big surprise when we exit the highway though: the exit ramp has construction & the width has been drastically reduced. I guide the driver safely through without incident.

Ghost Caught on Camera at USS Yorktown
It’s no secret that Charleston is one of South Carolina’s most haunted cities. This year the ETV production team decided to highlight a place with lots of claims of unexplained paranormal phenomena…the USS Yorktown at Patriots Point.
The USS Yorktown has a long history dating back to World War II. The ship was a safe haven for her crew and now is a symbol of freedom and liberty.
Our ETV crew decided to learn more about the ship and investigate the claims of ghostly events by spending the night on the ship with cameras rolling. What we didn’t expect was actually catching a ghost on camera.
Do you believe in ghost or do you think this is all just hocus-pocus? Let us know via Facebook and Twitter @palmettoscene.
A special thanks to the crew of the USS Yorktown at Patriots Point and USS Yorktown Ghost Tours.

USS Yorktown - CVS-10
USS Yorktown (CV/CVA/CVS-10) is one of 24 Essex-class aircraft carriers built during World War II for the United States Navy. She is named after the Battle of Yorktown of the American Revolutionary War, and is the fourth U.S. Navy ship to bear the name. Initially to have been named Bon Homme Richard, she was renamed Yorktown while under construction to commemorate USS Yorktown (CV-5), lost at the Battle of Midway in June 1942. Yorktown was commissioned in April 1943, and participated in several campaigns in the Pacific Theater of Operations, earning 11 battle stars and the Presidential Unit Citation.
Decommissioned shortly after the end of the war, she was modernized and recommissioned in the early 1950s as an attack carrier (CVA), and then eventually became an antisubmarine carrier (CVS). She was recommissioned too late to participate in the Korean War but served for many years in the Pacific, including duty in the Vietnam War, in which she earned five battle stars. Late in her career she served as a recovery ship for the Apollo 8 space mission, was used in the movie Tora! Tora! Tora! which recreated the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and in the science fiction film The Philadelphia Experiment.
