While in Pattaya, one of the things that you can do is a day trip to the Coral Island.
Let me elaborate about it.. what happens in this trip..
You're picked up from your hotel and taken to the Pattaya Beach. From Pattaya Beach you are taken to a platform in the middle of the sea which is the Thailand Bay on a speed boat for parasailing. Once you're done with the Parasailing you are taken to the Coral island on another speedboat. Before going to the Coral island beach you are taken to a bigger boat where the underwater experience (if you opt for that) happens. You can watch everything in this video. Once on the Coral island beach you can enjoy a Banana boat ride and water scooter before you are taken back to the Pattaya Beach and have your lunch.

Ko Lan is a small Thai island off the coast of Pattaya, in the Gulf of Thailand. It’s known for its beaches, set against a backdrop of wooded hills. In the north, Ta Waen Beach is dotted with restaurants and shops. A large, stingray-shaped building dominates Samae Beach’s north end. The beach is famed for its clear water and sunset views. Small monkeys inhabit the hills around coral-ringed Nual Beach, in the south.

SEA ADVENTURE | Ko Lan Island, Pattaya, Thailand

For the adventurous, you can book a Sea Adventure tour of Ko Lan Island for a whole day. It involves several water related activities all crammed in a single day.

The day starts at 9:00 a.m. from the jump off point at Pattaya beach. A speedboat will bring you to pontoons in the middle of the sea for parasailing.

The parasailing was quick, considering the number of tourists lined up for the parachute ride. Remember, Pattaya gets a lot of tourists.

After the parasailing is the Sea Walk. Tourists can go walking underwater with only a helmet, take pictures and feed the fish. Then off to Ko Lan island. Visit the Buddha statue on the island highest point then grab lunch at Samae Beach. Lunch is included in the tour.

The island has several beaches and Tien is the most picturesque and less crowded. Jet ski and banana boat rides are available at this beach as well.

Before heading back to Pattaya, the last activity is snorkeling.

This tour was booked by Kkday travel agency and costs P2,500 per person.

Don't EVER Go Here! | Tower Jump Pattaya, Thailand

Question: When is the worst time to have a confrontational and contentious customer service experience?

Answer: When you are doing a high adventure activity and your safety is at stake.

We had just the experience at Pattaya Park Tower. The 56 floor tower offers a zip line down with a view of the city. Some of our family members were smart enough (scaredy cats) to not consider the ride. Some of us did. It was a great view but some of the workers were less than nice and some safety workers were asleep.

We made up for the bad experience at the tower with a nice visit to the Big Buddha. We found great views and a contest to see who could throw coins into the Buddha's belly in the fewest throws.

All in all a great day in Pattaya , Thailand.
