PLEASE WATCH IT AT 720P
rainy day a greenish look a rainbowy umbrella and lovely people made all this happen in Cork, Ireland. What was your dream when you were a kid and what it is now? A simple question with a lot to think about.
Fifty People One Question is an ongoing social experiment and film series exploring human connections through people and place. The project began in New Orleans in 2008 and has since traveled across the globe, touching millions of viewers. Along the way, the films have captured a small slice of humanity; to discover dreams, losses, reflections, stories and secrets, some shared and some completely unrepeatable.

Cork city was named the European Capital City of Culture in 2005 and is full of historical attractions, beautiful Georgian architecture, and a lively nightlife. Located in the South West corner of Ireland it's the country's second largest city. It's also fairly compact so getting around on foot is really easy.
Cornmarket Street is an area built over the River Lee and has in recent years secured a re-development plan for apartments to attract people wishing to live in Cork city, and an attractive business area in which to work and visit. Located off Patrick's Street you'll find many little side streets and lanes, again with a host of shops and eateries.
The Shandon Bells are located in Saint Anne's Church just north of the city centre. Built in 1722 this is truly an amazing sight that stands 37m tall with the bustling city nestled in its shadows. Take a trip to the top and admire the beauty of this wonderful European City.

old Cork City Ireland view of Cork Tilt shift
This is a view of Cork city taken from the top of a car park near north main street cork city. The view is of the quayside and the river Lee as it winds its way through the city towards the Port of cork and Patrick Street bridge. Filmed on a Panasonic HDC SD900 camcorder mounted on a Gorrilapod . Lovely conditions, sunny and cloudy in March 2012. The film was originally approx 4 mins but compressed in Sony Vegas 11 editing software to about 1 min secs to give a speeded up time lapse effect. Other editing also done in Sony Vegas to give the tilt shift miniature effect.
