Thiruvallam Sree Parasurama Swami Temple is one of the most ancient temples of South India. It is situated on the banks of Karamana River near Thiruvallam, Thiruvananthapuram. It is the only temple in Kerala dedicated to Lord Parasurama. The temple is 6 km from Kovalam Beach and 5 km from Trivandrum International Airport and 3 km from Thiruvananthapuram.3 km from Attukal Temple 2 km from Pazhanchira Devi Temple and 1km from Sree Alukadu Devi temple. This heritage structure is placed under the list of monuments of national importance.

Procession of Nagaraja Idol : Pournamikavu

India's largest single-stone five-headed snake idol namely Panjamukha Nagaraja is one of the important deity you could find at Pournamikavu temple, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (state).

After the making of such an idol it was
brought from Nagercoil to Trivandrum as a procession. Then the idol was received at Pazhavangady Sree Maha Ganapathy Temple, East Fort, Thiruvananthapuram

In this video you could see that the vehicle carrying the idol is approaching the Sri Pazhavangadi Ganesha temple temple, East Fort, Trivandrum, Kerala.

ഇന്ത്യയിലെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഒറ്റക്കല്ലിൽ തീർത്ത പഞ്ചമുഖം ഉള്ള നാഗരാജ വിഗ്രഹമാണ് പൗർണമി കാവ് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ വിഗ്രഹം പണി തീർത്ത ശേഷം തമിഴ്നാട്ടിൽ നിന്നും കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടു വന്നപ്പോൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം കിഴക്കേക്കോട്ടയിലെ ഉള്ള പഴവങ്ങാടി ഗണപതി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ വച്ച് സ്വീകരണം നൽകുകയുണ്ടായി.
