[ 穆鲁山国家公园，位于砂捞越州的巴婆罗岛，因其生物多样性和喀斯特地貌而闻名，世界上大多数研究喀斯特地貌的研究都在此进行。这座52 864公顷的公园包含17 个植物园，有维管植物3500多种。公园的棕榈树种类异常丰富，已知的就有20属，109种。公园位于2377米高的穆鲁山山麓，已开发的山洞至少达295公里，洞中景观壮丽，并栖息着上百万只蝙蝠。砂捞越洞穴，长600米，宽415米，高80米，是已知世界上最大的洞穴。

Sibu: Swan City of Peace

I don't have to come here... to Rejang Park... This is not the place for a prime minister to come. These were the words of our Prime Minister when he was campaigning in the Sibu By-election on the 15th May 2010.

Malaysian sarawakians have often said that people of peninsular Malaysia do no understand or appreciate the people,culture and natural beauty of Sarawak.

This video made from images taken in Sibu during the by-election shows the serenity of Sibu's Rejang Park with the swan commemorating the Foochows arrival in Sibu a couple of centuries ago at the height of the White Rajah's rule of Sarawak.

With such a historical and natural heritage, the Sarawak Govt should push for UNESCO world heritage listing and put it on the world map like Penang and Malacca.

Sarawak - Marudi

Marudi is a town on the Baram River in the north of Sarawak which borders the state of Sabah in Malaysia and the small country of Brunei.

Marudi is the cultural heart of Sarawak's highland tribesfolk, collectively called Orang Ulu. Marudi, a riverine town about 100 km upriver from Kuala Baram, is the largest town in the sparsely-populated Baram district.

It is also the district administrative headquarters and has been since the days of the White Rajahs. Marudi used to be a stepping stone to the well known tourist destination, the Mulu Cave.

Pioneer tourists would travel from Miri to Marudi first, and then from the river, tourist would have to use long boats cutting through few adventurous rapids upstream before reaching Mulu.

History - The earliest officially recorded oil find in Malaysia was made in July 1882 by the British Resident of the Baram district in Sarawak.

International Baram Regatta - Baram Regatta has its social and historical significance. It was first held in Claude Town (Marudi) from the 9 to 10 April 1899, marking the great peace making on the 3rd of the regatta. The great peace marked an end to subjugation by the madang; kayans (Upper Rejang) and Lirong (Ulu Tinjar) of the kayan and kenyah of Ulu Baram. The focus of the celebration was to forge peace among the people and loyalty to the government, pledged by every rival group leaders before Resident Claude.

Every 3 years the International Baram Regatta will be held at Marudi town. It will be attract people/contestants from all around the world (UK, USA, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Philippines and so on) to join the International Baram Regatta.

It's Our Second Vlog Guys.
4 December 2017 was an enthusiast moment where we finally had our vacation on for the final year in high school. It is a long journey, and at the same time, It felt home here.

Our journey is taking part in Kuching, Siburan, Bau and Satubong, and we stay there for 6 days and 5 nights. It is quite amazing to learn a new culture from various type of ethnics in Malaysia living in peace and harmony. New food, people, wardrobe and environment show us the benefit of being a harmonic nation. Within the era of modernization, it is shown that with nature still become best friends to human.

And yess, we hope we could stay longer but there's a result coming for PT3. So this time, it is SarawakSick guys.

International Day at Tenby Schools Miri

Tenby Schools Miri celebrated International Day on Wednesday, 11 November 2017. This year we helped the children to learn how interconnected we are and our individual and collective responsibilities. We linked all our learning to our Vision, Mission and Core Values - particularly those mentioned below:

For our children in International Primary this also includes the International Goals from the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).

Our day started with an assembly at 8 am which was led by our student leaders. Students, parents and staff were encouraged to wear a national or traditional costume from their home country or a country they have visited.
After the assembly, the students took part in a day of learning. The activities included:
· Lesson's linked to The World's Largest Lesson - an initiative which focuses on the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
· Each student produced a piece of art - linked to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
· Classes learnt about bread as a staple food - this included looking at how bread is produced, how some people survive on the smallest amounts of bread each day as well as investigating the similarities and differences between the different types of bread we eat throughout the world. Students also had the opportunity to make their own bread.
· Primary children were also engaged in learning linked to the book 'If the World Were a Village'.
· All students were involved in the launch of our Eco-Garden which links very well to the Global Goals for Sustainable Development
The day ended with a sharing of world food from 21 different countries which was organised by the PTA and the class parents. Some students also shared traditional songs and dances with the school community whilst we all enjoyed the delicious food.
