Orkney Ferries | Papa Westray - Kirkwall
On the 29th March 2019 I sailed on the Orkney Ferries vessel mv Earl Thorfinn from Papa Westray - Kirkwall. There are two sailings each week to Papa Westray so this really is a lifeline service to one of the most remote parts of the United Kingdom. Papa Westray is well worth a visit, the people are friendly and it is full or archaeological wonders. My one way foot passenger fare cost £8.30.

St. Columba's Church, Pont Street, London SW1X 0BD
See the sister video presentation, elsewhere on you-tube, which shows the exquisite neighborhood-view from the windows of the bell tower of this architectural masterpiece.
The original St Columba's Church building of 1884 was destroyed by wartime bombing during the night of 10 May 1941.
It was rebuilt on the same site in the 1950s to a striking contemporary design by the architect Sir Edward Maufe, who also designed Guildford Cathedral.
The church is named after Columba, the great Ulster saint.
The building is on the edge of the Tiara Triangle, the un-offical neighborhood with other sensational buildings in it and lots of tasteful extravagent retail fashion shops.
The triangle is bounded by: the street: Knightsbridge by Hyde Park, Sloane Street and Beauchamp Place.
Therefore it includes the Army Barracks.
I wonder how many soldiers have tiaras; don't ask don't tell !
