Family takes photos in the zebra crossing marks on the highway
A private car was parked in the zebra crossing markings on Changji highway in Jilin Province while the family took photos. The surveillance camera on the highway recorded the family’s dangerous act as they posed for photographs. Many cars were seen passing the family’s car on the highway while they photographed, which was a big risk. Local traffic police has fined the family for illegal parking. Local police officers have reminded people not to park cars in the zebra markings on the highway.

Shanghai Metro
The Shanghai Metro is a rapid transit system in Shanghai, China, operating urban and suburban rail transit services to 14 of its 17 municipal districts and to Huaqiao Township, Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. Opening in 1993 with full-scale construction extending back to 1986, Shanghai Metro is the third oldest rapid transit system in mainland China, after the Beijing Subway and the Tianjin Metro. It has seen substantial growth over the decades, especially during the years leading up to the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and is still expanding. It is the largest component of the notional Shanghai metropolitan rail transit network, together with the Shanghai Maglev Train, the Zhangjiang Tram and the China Railway-operated commuter rail services to Jinshan and to Lingang New City in Pudong.
Currently, the Shanghai Metro system is the world's largest rapid transit system by route length and second largest by number of stations, with 14 lines and 337 stations totaling 548 kilometres. It also ranks second in the world by annual ridership after Beijing, with 2.5 billion rides delivered in 2013. The newest daily ridership record was set at 10.343 million on September 25, 2015, while over 8 million people use the system on an average weekday.

5 Dies, 20 Injured in Truck Explosion in Central China
Five people died and twenty others were injured in a truck explosion on a highway on Saturday in central China's Hunan Province.
The truck suspected to be loaded with flammable and combustible materials exploded at 20:40 on a section of the highway linking Beijing, Hong Kong and Macao in Yueyang City.
Two sedan cars and two trucks were ignited and another seven vehicles were damaged by the explosion, according to the provincial traffic authorities.
At first there was a big fireball, and then I saw all the vehciles were blasted away. We only heard the explosion sound and saw the vehicles blasted away. Because all the vehicles were parked side by side, all of them were blasted away together, said a witness.
Among the injured, four were in critical conditions.

Tiananmen Incident Tightens Xinjiang Security
This week's deadly car incident in
Beijing continues to generate concern.
Media are focusing on the occupants of the car
being a Uighur family, with a man, his wife and mother.
Many analyze that the incident is likely to have
a different motive than that of a terrorist attack.
Security has now tightened in Xinjiang Province.
The BBC reported that residents in the regional capital
Urumqi, and Shanshan County spoke out on October 31.
The Chinese regime in Xinjiang has
strengthened security checks on Uighurs.
Local officials indicate the scale of daily security checks
now resembles those during the major bank holidays.
On October 30, a Japanese journalist from Asahi
Shimbun went to the suspect's hometown Lukqun.
He noticed local security was extremely tight.
30 minutes drive from Lukqun, the journalist
was stopped and questioned by the police.
Chinese people are speculating that the regimes suppression
of Uighurs will increase in severity in the time to come.

China's Big Four Banks See 1.29 Trillion Yuan Deposits Outflow
On October 30, China's Central Bank
issued a financial market operation report.
The report says general operations are stable.
However, the reality is just the opposite.
On October 31,
reported information from a reliable source.
Industrial and Commercial Bank, Construction Bank,
Bank of China and Agricultural Bank deposits had
continuing outflow, and the trend hasn't improved.
As of October 27, these four big banks saw 1.29 trillion
yuan in outflow of deposits, during October alone.
China-based financial commentator
Niu Dao posted on his blog about this issue.
China's capital leaving is a fatal
blow for the housing bubble.
China is now facing a choice, of whether to secure
the regime, to secure exchange rates, to secure
housing prices, or to protect housing speculation.

New Express Reshuffle, Chen Yongzhou Media Accreditation Revoked
Recently, Guangzhou's New Express newspaper
printed a front page protest against Hunan police.
This was addressing the arrest of their
reporter, which has now been overhauled.
On October 31, media reported on an announcement
the Guangdong press regulator made the previous day.
It revoked reporter Chen Yongzhou's journalist accreditation.
Yangcheng Evening News will launch an
investigation, and restructure New Express.
Chen was arrested because he repeatedly criticized
Zoomlion, a state-owned company based in Hunan.
Overseas media report that the New
Express is involved in a high-level struggle.
Chen is just a pawn, and it is hard to predict the outcome.
