Trekking del Huayhuash - Huaraz, Perú
En esta ocasión Anita nos cuenta su experiencia en el Trekking al rededor de la cordillera del Huayhuash, 120 km aproximadamente en 8 días de camino, montañas, carpas, estrellas, amigos y más montañas, todo lo necesario para ser feliz
Les dejamos la ruta y los campamentos por los que pasó:
Día 01: Huaraz - Chiquian - Llamac - Pocpa - Quartelhuain (4,170 m) 6 horas de caminata, primera noche durmiendo sobre los 4000, con mucha espectativa, adaptandome a la carpa y maravillandome de lo que veo.
Día 02: Quartelhuain - Cacananpunta (4,700 m) – (Yanapunta) - Laguna Carhuacocha - 8 horas de caminata.
Disfrute de las maravillosas vistas de los nevados Siula y Yerupaja para finalmente llegar a Carhuacocha, acampamos junto a la laguna (4100), después de esperar la salida de la luna fuimos a dormir y toda la noche escuchamos los deshielos de los nevados cayendo sobre las aguas. Amanecer en este lugar valíó todo el frío y cansancio.
Día 03: Laguna Carhuacocha - Siula (4,830 m) - Huayhuash (4,350 m) 8 horas de camino.
Pasamos literalmente por la famosa fotografia del trekking del Huayhuash donde de puede apreciar 3 lagunas de color turquesa, irreal.
Día 04: Huayhuash - Portachuelo (4,780 m) - Viconga (aguas termales)(4,365 m) 5 horas de caminata
En medio de mágicas montañas disfrutamos de las gratificantes aguas termales, un baño necesario luego de 4 días de caminata.
Día 05: Viconga – Paso Cuyoc (5,050 m) - Paso San Antonio (5,079 m) - Huanacpatay (4,250 m) 10 horas de caminata.
Alcanzamos el paso Cuyoc para bajar a 4,300 m y volver subir al paso San Antonio, todo por el placer de guardar en nuestra memoria vistas únicas de la coordillera.
Día 06: Huanacpatay - Huayllapa (3,490 m) - Huatiaq (4,300) 6 horas de caminata
Pasamos por Huayllapa un pueblo típico, aquí se puede comprar camida, bebidas y nutella, luego del almuerzo, volvemos a ascender hacia el próximo campamento.
Día 07: Huatiaq - Paso Tapush Pass (4,770 m) - Punta Llaucha (4,850 m) - Laguna de Jahuacocha (4,150 m) 7 horas de caminata
Sentía que el camino se terminaba, ya extrañaba la montaña, al descender al campamento avistamos muchos condores.
Día 08: Jahuacocha - Llamac (4,300 m) - Huaraz 5 horas de camino.
Este último día descendimos por la quebrada Huayllan que parecía no tener fin, llagamos al pueblo de Llamac donde nos esperaba nuestro transporte para trasladarnos a la ciudad del Huaraz. Nos despedimos de nuestros burros.
