We went in the kayaks at canonsburg lake but we didn't do so hot.

Summer Largemouth Bass Fishin'

Anything and everything to get a few bass into the boat/kayak during the dog days of Summer! Fishing was difficult at Cross Creek, but still managed 6 fish- only unfortunate circumstance- the go pro died quickly and the audience cannot see the bigger fish! Later on in the day though, the fish started to bite the Ned Rig and bigger fish were landed!

Trout stocking: Pennsylvania trout fishing season 2018

The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission delivers brook, rainbow and golden rainbow trout at Children's Lake in Boiling Springs, Cumberland County. The fish were raised at the Huntsdale Fish Hatchery. The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission’s “Great White Fleet” of stocking trucks will deliver about 3.15 million trout to streams and lakes across the state in preparation for the upcoming opening of the 2018 trout fishing seasons. Stocking will continue throughout March, leading up to a succession of opening days Saturday, March 24, through Saturday, April 14. (Video by Dan Gleiter/PennLive)
