Gian Mario Azara, Andrea Roeckl e Matia Congiu si aggiudicano il titolo di Campioni sardi.
Sono loro i protagonisti della due giorni di gare al Pevero Golf Club di Porto Cervo. Due splendide giornate di sole in totale assenza di vento hanno accolto sul tee della buca 1 del prestigioso percorso gallurese oltre 90 dei migliori golfisti sardi. Un torneo equilibrato e combattuto, nobilitato dalla partecipazione di Gianfranco Zola ed arricchito dalle belle prove di tanti giovanissimi che in campo maschile hanno provato ad impedire al Gian Mario Azara di confermarsi per il secondo anno consecutivo sul gradino più alto del podio, il terzo in assoluto.
Il portacolori del Pevero Golf Club chiudendo con 155 colpi è risuscito a tenere a debita distanza il compagno di Club, Umberto Paone.
Gianfranco Zola ha fatto sperare in un grande risultato, infatti aveva chiuso la prima giornata di gare al secondo posto con 78 colpi.
Campionessa Lady Andrea Roeckl (Golf Club Sa Tanca) con 185 colpi. Campione Junior Mattia Congiu con 162 colpi (3° assoluto), portacolori di Golf Club Is Molas.
Le altre classifiche hanno premiato : nella 1^ categoria Diego Cantatore, Pietrino Pirina e Luca Carola, tutti del Pevero, nella 2^ Categoria, il giovanissimo Francesco Vincis e Giuseppe Sotgiu di Is Molas e Simone Orrù del Pevero.
1^ ladies Emanuela Piccinini e 1° Junior Nicolò Carola, ancora del Pevero, mentre il premio speciale nearest to the pin è stata vinto da Massimo Scamponi dell' Is Molas.
