A Closer Look - The Islands of Copperfield Bay

Promotional video for The Islands of Copperfield Bay - filmed and edited by Homer Liwag in the fall of 2008 and recently updated in 2010. Footage from this piece was featured on the premiere episode of Travel Channel HD's Forbes Luxe 11 show.

HAL productions shot all the footage as well as color correction and editing. All the footage was acquired with one camera, one assistant, portable camera support and a small lighting kit. The challenge was to capture the beauty of the location without exposing the ongoing renovations at the time - which was often just outside the camera frame.
