This was an overcast day in November 2018, at Pillory Beach, Grand Turk. It is about an 8 minute drive from the cruise ship terminal, but it was much less crowded than any other beach that day!

We made a brief stop at Grand Turk on a Caribbean cruise. It was fun although we did not have time to do much exploring. Just a little time to stretch our land legs. Bit a cold libation under under the palms is good any time.

Turks and Caicos | 2018 Thanksgiving getaway to Provo, North Caicos, Middle Caicos and Grand Turk

Elizabeth and I traveled to Turks and Caicos Islands over the Thanksgiving break. We had the opportunity to hop around multiple islands while we were there. The ocean waters were just as clear as they were shown in pictures. Most beaches on North and Middle Caicos were very secluded which made the experience even better because there were times where we had the whole beach to ourselves. Grand Turk - Austin's Reef - 7000 ft Wall - HD

Our second dive at Grand Turk. We drop down to about 20 ft, then swim into the current and over to the edge of the wall till we turn back and swim with the current back to the boat. Our dive master was D.J. with Oasis Divers - great diving company. We booked through our Carnival cruise.
