Today we had a forestry mulcher come to the farm and clear out some brushy areas on our creek. We'll talk about the expense and the amount of time it took to clear out abour 2 acres of undergrowth and trees up to 12 inches were cut! Hope ya'll enjoy!

Purchased a Durian fruit at Phsar Leu Market, Sihanoukville. The price was outrageous and I am sure that part of it was because I was a western tourist but I really wanted to eat local Durian. It cost about $14, usually when they are in season it will cost about $4-6 for the same size.

Providing an in-depth guide on productive ways to manage an established woodland, Farming the Woods is a must-read for farmers and gardeners interested in incorporating aspects of agroforestry, permaculture, forest gardening, and sustainable woodlot management into the concept of a whole-farm organism.
