Photography Road Trip - Orange, Nangar National Park and Bathurst
My good friend Salem and I went on a photography road trip to Orange, New South Wales. The aim of this trip was to take pictures of the vineyards in the area and the milky way at the Nangar National Park. I took my Canon 80D with my favourite lenses for landscape photography - Canon EFS 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM and the Canon USM 70-200mm f/4. I also brought along my 18-55mm STM kit lens to get some B-roll footage for this video. Salem used his new Nikon D500 with the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 Art Series lens and the Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 telephoto lens, a great combo. Watch this video if you want to see some of the images we took that weekend. I will create a blog post soon and share our pictures with the settings.

Sydney Harbour in 2 tone bipack film colour (orange/cyan)
This is a montage of a few camcorder recordings I made of Sydney Harbour from Sydney Harbour Bridge and its lookout pylon which I have edited in Pinnacle Studio 15 to resemble a 1930s era orange/cyan two tone bipack colour film. This is the same video as my previous bipack experiment video with the same effects and adjustments applied in Pinnacle Studio 15 except I simply shift the Hue to -40 which changes the colours from red/aqua to orange/cyan. I've pretty much tried to make the colours look similar to this 1948 Popular Science film which uses the Magnacolor orange/cyan bipack colour film process.

Orange Flavoured Hand Grenade (22), Point Pure, Brooyar
Not much of a lead climber, but was super pumped from the look of this climb so figured I'd give it a go. Loved the fact that the beta looked obvious from the ground, and it looked bouldery. Stick clipped the first bolt cos I'm a big chicken. My first lead 22 :)
